A George II gold pair cased pocket watch by Richard Vick, possibly a Lady's, gilt full plate movement signed 'Rich'd Vick London, 1081', with pierced and engraved mask balance cock and plates, single fusee with barrel and chain - probably a converted movement, square pillars, later white enamel dial with Roman numeral, the inner case with makers initials IW below a crown for John Wynell, and date letter for 1727, the back of the inner case initialled RCH, loop to the top of the inner case is probably not original, the plain outer case with a moulded edge and four watch maker / retailer labels comprising Thomas Glase Bridgnorth, Samuel Allport Birmingham and two for Edward Glass Bridgnorth. Vick was apprentice to Francis Asselin in 1692 and appointed to Clockmakers Company in 1702.Outer case with patina of light scratches and rubbing to the surface throughout. A few tiny knocks. The button has a small dent and is slightly split. The inner case also has a light patina throughout. The loop at the top is a different colour gold and may not be original. The enamel dial is not original. Glass with minor wear and moves within mount. Button to release glass cover stiff / possibly lacking a small section. Enamel dial lightly grubby, a very small amount of edge wear. Movement clean and bright. We do not guarantee that the watch is in full working order. The outer case does have a the same makers mark which matches the inner case, but no other marks.

Bombay Baroda and Central India Railway company Railway pocket watch by the Lancashire Watch company circa 1900. The jewelled top wound and button set movement is in working order and engraved Lancashire Watch Co Ltd London & Paris 1909 B.B.& CIR Co No BB 97 and bears a serial number 831088. The enamelled dial is in good condition with one small hairline crack and the nickel silver case is also in good condition and is clearly engraved B.B. & C.I.R.Co 1909. A nice heavy watch in very good condition.

TWO BEAUTIFUL 1930'S SILK NIGHT GOWNS An exquisite Chinese damask silk gown with embroidered crepe de chine scalloped down the centre of the gown. The triangular cut out edge has been piped with stitched silk. The two sides brought together with a small button and toggle held in place with coiled silk detail. Bust 30" (tiny mark). A further moss crepe silk night dress with a collar and hem of cutwork and embroidery. Cut on the bias with diagonal panels and seams. Bust 34" x Length 58". Good condition. (2)
TWO PAIRS OF HAND MADE C19TH SATIN SHOES Cream satin shoes with leather soles, heel, button holing for lacing at the sides. Faded stamp on inside. well preserved. 8" long x 2" wide x 1" heel. A 1930'S COUTURE DRESS & WOOL COAT ENSEMBLE A crimson crepe silk floral dress, beautifully fitted, cut on the bias with high waist, v neck with jabot fastened across the neck with hook and eye. Two high shirred pockets. Fastened at the waist with poppers. Embellished at the hem with leaves of fabric. Bust 34" x Waist 26". Good condition. The coat is made from black crepe wool with an open cape top. Fitted sleeves to a vent at the cuff and faceted glass button. The front of the coat is fastened from the waist with three faceted glass buttons, two side pockets and lined fully with matching floral crepe silk. Waist 26" (two small holes)(2)
A 1968 'CELIA BIRTWELL' FOR ALICE POLLOCK PRINT CHIFFON BLOUSE Soft printed chiffon blouse with blouson sleeves buttoned at the cuff. (one button missing on cuff). The collar follows through into a front tie, buttoned down the front in original chiffon covered buttons, hidden from view. There is staining under the armpits and small marks at the cuffs.
