The sides and the bottom of the snuffbox are decorated with a geometric pattern made in the gelosh technique. The snuffbox button is made of gold, harmoniously giving the product a contrast with the case. Crystal jug with silver, 13th artel. An excellent example of understanding Western historicism in Russian decorative and applied art. An example of stylish classical reflection on the theme of the early French Renaissance.
