A Salvation Army forty eight button concertina, early to mid 20th Century The pierced and carved foliate rosewood exterior ends with leather strap and internal leather clad bellows, adorned with forty eight bone buttons, within original fitted Salvation Army musical instrument department case, Kings Cross, London, instruction and sheet music manual. CONDITION REPORT: Lot 76: Working order, condition is generally good, bellows with no holes or tears, and all buttons move freely.
A Boosey & Sons concertina by George Case, circa 1860 The forty eight button walnut cased concertina with pierced fret work and inlaid mother of pearl foliate sprays, the green leather bellows with tooled gilt decoration and painted white cartouche, with original paper label and original walnut fitted case with mother of pearl escutcheon. A 19th Century violin, by Thomas Perry, Dublin With internal paper label stamped Thomas Perry maker Dublin 1840, the back with button stamped Perry, Dublin, length of back 36cm, lacking bridge and strings, together with two bows and case. CONDITION REPORT: Lot 113: scuffing and wear to the edges. Loss to varnish where the bridge is missing. Two splits to either 'F' holes, each approx 3cm in length. Need re-stringing. Discolouration to wood at neck. Overall used condition. Small splits and losser to the scroll. Length of back 37cm including button stamp Total length 59cm narrow point of back 11.5cm widest point of back 20cm Very small splits/losses to the wood in the area underneath the scroll end Two areas of splitting at the peg holes, this extends slightly onto the underneath area of scroll end. No visible patches or repairs to the scroll The pegs don't appear to be bushed and fit snuggly in the holes.
Georg Jensen. A silver necklace by Georg Jensen, formed of fourteen moulded leaf shaped mounts with hammered effect detailing, each joined by fifteen articulated oval shaped links with two bead detailing, all joined on a button shaped mount with integral tongue clasp and figure of eight safety catch. Clasp stamped 925. Mount stamped STERLING DENMARK 925 and Markers mark Georg Jensen. Total length approximately 40cm. Total weight approximately 47.5gms.

A mixed group comprising: a small buckle with lobes to the loop; a rectangular double-tongue buckle stamped 'England'; a rosette appliqué; a pewter shy of a standing figure; a gilt button with lion rampant; a small fomed button with loop; a rosette with pierced lug to the reverse; a D-section fragment; two coins and a trade token; a C-section finger ring; a miniature copy of an Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch. 77 grams total, 12-85mm (1/2 - 3 1/2"). Property of a Suffolk Gentleman. [No Reserve]" Fine condition.
A German WWII white metal split second flyback chronograph, the white enamel dial set with Arabic numerals and two subsidiary dials, the movement stamped "Lemania", case no.9487, with Kriegsmarine eagle and swastika and "M" to rear of case, diameter including winding crown 8.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: In working order, though button is a little stiff.
