A 19th century Swiss 18 carat gold chronograph pocket watch with stop watch function. Having enamel dial with Roman numeral markers and outer track marked for 300 beats. Cuvette marked for copper, 115 grams gross, 50mm wide. Stop function operational. Time function running but stops when the shoulder button is slid. Minute hand loose so watch mechanism requires some attention. Cuvette and loop not gold and with some wear.

Condition Report Movement currently working, Indian ink mark inside case back also pawn broker's scratch marks. Dial very clean, hands have a few marks, dial cover is perspex replacement. the caseback has a few dents in addition to the presentation inscription, winding button is probably a later replacement, case front bezel has a few small dents, diameter of watch case 31mm.Judging by the number of scratch code marks inside the caseback, the watch has probably been repaired and overhauled in the past, some screws have been replaced.The '261J' marking to the interior of the caseback is ink. Personal inspection by appointment is recommended.

There are a few scratches to the caseback edge.

Condition Report Although the watch is working, the winding button completely pulls out and it is therefore not possible to change the hands, it will close down properly and wind properly. No logo to winding button, case exterior in good condition, light tarnish, dial and hands in good condition, case diameter excluding winding button 31mm. Buckle to strap not original, detailed to the back mm14 INOX. We have not been able to open the caseback.

Condition Report The dial and hands are in good condition. The case has a few tiny scuff marks. One scratch by one of the four screws. Cross logo to winding button and black enamelled cross logo to the buckle. Case size including lugs: 37.6mm x 24,6mm. The watch is currently working, strap a little worn. The caseback is held in by four tiny corner screws, we are unable to open this case, as we do not have the appropriate screw driver.

Condition Report Movement currently working, both hinges to the inner and outer caseback are broken, inner case is base metal, outer gold case is numbered 419812 16 within. Caseback exterior is dented, dial and hands in good condition, setting button is working, dial cover in good condition, possibly a replacement, edge of case front and sides of case have a few dents, case diameter 37.6mm.

Condition Report The dial and hands are in good condition. The case is in good condition. The caseback is numbered: 265.1.86 1771245 There are a few minor hairline scratches to the caseback. The watch appears to have only had slight use. There is no Jager-Le Coultre logo to the replacement strap buckle, which does not look to be of original quality. The watch is manual wind up and is currently working. The case and box are in good condition. Length of case including lugs: 32.8mm, width of case excluding winding button: 20.5mm. There is a surface nick to the ruby set winding button.
