Orden und Ehrenzeichen - Ritterkreuz : Verleihungsetui zum Eichenlaub mit Schwertern und Brillanten 1. Form.Schwarzes Kunstlederetui, der Druckknopf und das Scharnier magnetisch. Der Deckel in gewölbter Ausführung. Innenteil mit gewölbter schwarzer Samteinlage, der Innendeckel mit weißem Kunstseidenfutter. Hochinteressantes Originaletui für die An Werner Mölders, Adolf Galland und Gordon Gollob verliehene 1. Form des Eichenlaubs mit Schwertern und Brillanten. Leider ist bislang noch kein Originalexemplar dieses Typs im Originaletui aufgetaucht, so daß ein direkter Vergleich mit einem aus Familienbesitz stammenden Stück nicht möglich ist. Das vorliegende Etui erfüllt jedoch alle Kriterien eines zeitgenössischen Originals und weißt auch die bei Brillantenetuis typische Wölbung der Samteinlage auf. Auch die etwas breiteren Abmessungen im Vergleich zu frühen Etuis des Eichenlaubs mit Schwertern und der gewölbte Deckel sind ein weiteres starkes Indiz. Interior with curved black velvet inlay, the inner lid with white artificial silk lining.Highly interesting original case of issue for the 1st type of the Oak Leaf with Swords and Diamonds awarded to Werner Mölders, Adolf Galland and Gordon Gollob.Unfortunately, no original example of this type in the original case has yet turned up, so that a direct comparison with a family-owned piece is not possible.The present case, however, fulfils all the criteria of a contemporary original and also has the curvature of the velvet inlay typical of diamond cases. The somewhat wider dimensions compared to early cases of the oakleaf with swords and the domed lid are another strong indication.In my opinion, an undoubtedly original case of the 1st form of brilliants.

Infanterieregiment der 3. Infanteriedivision zugeteilt war, der die Uniformen aus Hitlers Berghof in Berchtesgaden erbeutete. Dazu ein selbstverlegtes 125-seitiges Buch, das Robert Eilands Erlebnisse während des Zweiten Weltkriegs schildert. Enthalten sind detaillierte Beschreibungen seiner Jagd nach "Kriegsbeute" und der Erbeutung der Bormann-Jacke. Auf den Rückseiten sind Bilder des Veteranen mit der erbeuteten Jacke abgebildet.Martin Bormann (17. Juni 1900 - 2. Mai 1945) war Leiter der NS-Parteikanzlei. Er erlangte immense Macht im Dritten Reich, indem er seine Position als Privatsekretär Adolf Hitlers nutzte, um den Informationsfluss und den Zugang zu Hitler zu kontrollieren.Bormann schloss sich 1922 einer paramilitärischen Freikorps-Organisation an, während er als Verwalter eines Großgrundbesitzes arbeitete. After Hitler committed suicide, Bormann and others attempted to flee Berlin on 2 May to avoid capture by the Soviets. Bormann probably committed suicide on a bridge near Lehrter Station. The body was buried nearby on 8 May 1945, but was not found and confirmed as genuine until 1972. Bormann was tried in absentia by the International Military Tribunal in the Nuremberg trials of 1945 and 1946. He was convicted of war crimes and crimes against humanity and sentenced to death by hanging.
