A Chinese ivory-ground embroidered silk robe, Jifu, Qing DynastyThe summer robe woven with a peacock and peahen amidst a profusion of flowers and birds above a lishiu wave band, with further birds and flowers to the back and sleeves, all on a pale ivory coloured ground, 108cm (42 1/2in) long, together with an embroidered silk panel, of rectangular outline and worked in gold couched thread with two roundels featuring dragons amid clouds and a 壽 shou symbol, against a black ground, 95cm x 59cm. (2)Condition report: Generally good overall. Some minor stains to the outside - not disfiguring. Some minor stains and discolouring to the inside. No obvious holes, tares or repairs. Button loops a little stretched.

Victorian 8th (Kings Royal Irish) Hussars Officers Attributed Pill Box Cap. This example is attributed to Major Arthur Mark Crofton, of the 8th Kings Royal Irish Hussars Dark blue melton cloth with wide 2 inch band of bullion regimental pattern lace of shamrock design. The crown with bullion cord loop decoration and central pearl button. The interior with leather sweatband and crimson silk lining. Some age wear and dulling to lace. Button damaged. Accompanied by an original photograph of Major Crofton wearing the pill box cap and another image of him in full dress uniform. (3 items) Attributed to Major Arthur Mark Crofton, 8th Kings Royal Irish Hussars. (1852-57)
Victorian 1822 Levee Pattern Officers Sword. A good and scarce example. The 3/4 inch wide 32 inch piped back blade with quill point. To each side an etched panel with a crowned VR cypher. The forte with the Andrews 9 Pall Mall. The hilt of the regulation pattern with folding guard and shagreen grip. Housed in black leather and gilt mounted scabbard. The top mount with frog button. Blade remains clean, gilt bright, leather scabbard broken and now in two sections.
12th (Prince of Wales Royal) Lancers, Victorian lance cap circa 1882-1905. A good example of black patent leather body, peak and crown top with ornate brass foliage bosses to each corner, red cloth upper. Triangular fluted plate bearing Prince of Wales plumes over Royal Arms above Sphinx on Egypt plinth flanked by SOUTH AFRICA 1851.2.3 and CENTRAL INDIA scrolls; across the base a tri-part scroll PENINSULA SEVASTOPOL WATERLOO. Lion head bosses to each side support a brass chin chain. Woollen blue on yellow boss with regimental Victorian button supports a scarlet horsehair plume in its brass holder. Leather and waxed cotton sweatband to the interior. Slight age wear GC.

A good clean example of black beaver to the left side a black silk rosette with a loop of gold regimental pattern lace secured with a gilt VR regimental button. Ornamented with black lace of oak leaf and acorn design. At each end, bullion tassels. The interior retains leather sweatband and crimson silk pleated lining with gilt tooled tailors details of Simpson & Rook London. Complete with white short feather plume. Overall GC. ... Accompanied by metal storage tin. This with brass engraved name plate R.S. WALKER ESQ ROYAL ENGINEERS. Tin with surface rusting. (2 parts)
Royal Navy Officer cocked hat, epaulettes and belt boxed set A good group attributed to Captain T.G.B. Pearce RN. ADCComprising: fine black beaver skin cocked hat, to the left side a black silk rosette with a single twist loop mounted with a gilt post 1901 gilt button to the centre. The interior is with leather sweatband and silk pleated lining. Tailor label for Gieves London ... Full dress sword belt with gilt buckle sword slings and two lines of bullion indicating a junior Officer .... Full dress bullion epaulettes with silver bullion foul anchor and bullion twist tassels. Housed in the original black tin transit/storage box. The lid with painted name of T.G.B. Pearce RN. Clean condition some storage wear. In 1944 he was serving as an Engineering Commander and in January 1964 with the rank of Captain he was appointed ADC to Queen Elizabeth II

Both bullion tassels present but detached. The interior retains material sweatband and crimson silk pleated lining, with tailors label. Some wear GC. Coldstream Guards Officers scarlet tunic. A good Elizabeth II period example of the regimental pattern. Scarlet melton cloth tunic with blue facings to the cuff, collar and epaulettes. Each cuff is with false cuffs bearing four rows of gold bullion lace each with a regimental button. The collar is with bullion lace and silver bullion Order of the Garter devices, the shoulder straps edged with gold bullion. Complete with regimental pattern buttons (one flat button absent). Quilted cotton lining to the interior with tailors label of Meyer & Mortimer Ltd. GC Scarlet and bullion remain good
German Third Reich Kriegsmarine Officers dagger by E. & F. Horster, Solingen. A good example. Fullered etched plated blade with makers oval logo etched on the forte. Spiral wire-bound ivorine grip. Gilt metal eagle and swastika pommel and ornate cross guard complete with locking-catch and release button. Housed in gilt metal scabbard with engraved lightning bolts and with suspension-rings in oakleaf lockets. Gilding worn, one throat screw absent. Minor service wear. Complete with relic knot. GC

Good scarce small boys size brown shirt with single black epaulet embroidered 188 in blue and with supporting pebble button bearing 2. The left sleeve with golden yellow on black Nord Hamburg trianlge over a red disc embroidered with single white rune. Turn back cuffs and pleated pockets with composite buttons. Left breast pocket, central pleat bearing small silvered NSDAP National Youths Sports Badge swastika stickpin, has black Bakelite pea whistle with compass one side. Inside of collar with black stamped H 880 6/9501 31. Service wear.

The reverse with a crowned fouled anchor and title Royal Navy. The forte with the cutlers details of Fenton Brothers of Sheffield. The hilt of the regulation pattern with solid guard, shageen grip and a lion head pommel. Housed in brass mounted black leather scabbard. Overall GC etching to the blade clear. Folding guard locking button to the top mount of the scabbard absent.

The hilt with solid brass ribbed grip with two open bar guard and complete with locking button. Housed in original black leather, brass mounted scabbard, the top mount with frog button. GC. French Lebel Bayonet and French 1874 Pattern Gras Bayonet Comprising: a M1886 1st pattern example, with cruciform blade, steel hook quillon and round button catch. White metal grip and complete with steel scabbard. Together with 1874 Pattern Gras Bayonet, the back of the blade with details and date 1880. Complete with scabbard. Overall GC some age wear.
