Hurstwood Farm Piano Studios are at the forefront of applying state of the art acoustic science to piano design, and this piano, which was originally a conventional Steinway O, has been fitted with some of these developments, including a thin Carbon fibre sound board; Phoenix bridge agraffes that eliminate down bearing string loads on the soundboard giving it more freedom to vibrate. Lamb has some fading to the Steiff label in ear and again, the hanging tag is worn and appears to be water damaged. Mole has similar issues with its' tags as does the squirrel. The dressing table pots lid is discoloured and coming apart. Mug has various surface scratches etc and is very tarnished inscribed "George 1927". Owl has various splits and damage throughout.
