Gilbertson, import mark London 1928, numbered 43491, fitted to a gilt metal fronted expanding metal braceletCondition Report: The wristwatch winds and runs. The caseback has a few dents. The case-sides have one dent by the front corner at one o'clock. The gilding is rubbed n the winding button. Case length including lugs 3.3cm and case width excluding winding button 2.4cm. Overall gross weight including bracelet 39.2gms.
A JAEGER-LE COULTRE GOLD CASED GENTLEMAN'S WRISTWATCHThe signed dial with baton shaped numerals, gilt hands and with centre seconds, the caseback presentation inscribed and detailed 1936-1961 Gevaert, watch case diameter 34mm, with a Gavaert caseCondition Report: Watch currently working, it winds and runs. The hands are setting okay. Upon setting the hands backwards, the centre seconds hand also moves. There is the logo to the winding button. There is a file and test mark to the lug of the watch which would indicate high grade gold, possibly 18CT. There are numerous fine cracks around the edge of the plastic dial cover. The dial is in good condition. We have not opened the case back as it is very stiff. The case is in good condition but it is a bit dirty and would benefit from cleaning. Gross weight of watch 31.2gms. The box for the watch is detailed Gevaert, it does not have the JAEGER-LE COULTRE logo to it.
