A Goliath pocket watch in silver travel case, the case Deakin and Francis, Birmingham 1903, of square form with carry handle, four bun feet and a plush lined interior, the pocket watch with enamelled dial and subsidiary seconds dial. CONDITION REPORT: The movement has been over wound. The dial appears to be in good order with no obvious faults, cracks or chips. The case may have been silver plated at some point but is now down to its base metal. There are two very tiny dents on the right hand side of the case (at 3 o'clock of the body). There is a small flat section just beneath the winding button on the right hand side. Overall the case appears to be in good order. The silver external case has a small dent to the top right hand corner and there is a small dent to the very centre of the back. The hallmarks are rubbed but still legible. The opening button works as it should. The plush interior is in good order. The handle although intact is slightly misshapen but nothing too detrimental in our opinion.
