A 1950's Swedish cocktail sofa, the striped button upholstery with stained beech arms and legs CONDITION REPORT: Some minor wear including a patch on the back (illustrated), generally good for age and use. Width 135 cm. Height of back 89 cm. Depth 75 cm. The dangling trim was presumably for attaching the seat to the base- it is not part of the seat itself. The finish has rubbed away at the base of the feet- see images.

A Belle Epoque Pearl and Diamond Brooch/Pendant, on Chain, a button pearl within a grain set diamond ribbon frame, with a pearl drop, on a long and short link chain, total estimated diamond weight 0.60 carat approximately, pendant measures 4.5cm by 3cm, chain length 38cm see illustration . The brooch/pendant is in good condition. It fastens with a removeable pin by a screw fitting and the chain attaches by two jump rings. Gross weight 11.6 grams. Condition Report made 11th September 2018.

A Pair of Cultured Pearl and Diamond Cluster Earrings, button pearls within borders of old cut diamonds, from diamond studs, total estimated diamond weight 3.00 carat approximately, measure 1.5cm in diameter, with screw back fittings see illustration . The earrings are in good condition. They are not hallmarked or stamped, valued as silver on gold. The pearls measure 8.1mm in diameter and of creamy luster. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour H/I, clarity SI1/SI2. Gross weight 7.4 grams. Condition Report made 11th September 2018.

A Brass Striking and Repeating Carriage Clock, attributed to Paul Garnier, retailed by Silvani a Paris, No.257, circa 1838, one piece case with carrying handle and repeat button, engine turned dial with a silvered Roman chapter ring, winding holes beneath chapter ring, twin barrel movement with a platform lever escapement and striking on two bells, movement backplate signed by retailer Silvani a Paris and stamped PG Brevete for (Paul Garnier), movement backplate later inscribed ''Going train altered and new escapement, balance & pendulum spring made by B J Vulliamy Maker to the Queen A.D.1838'', 17cm high see illustration 18.10.18, Brass surfaces are discoloured, bevelled glasses with minor chips in parts, movement with balance swinging, movement not striking, movement backplate is later inscribed ''Going train altered and new escapement, balance & pendulum spring made by B J Vulliamy Maker to the Queen AD 1838'', later platform, altered going train.

A Brass Striking and Repeating Carriage Clock, signed Drocourt, retailed by Le Roy & Fils, 57 New Bond St, circa 1890, carrying handle and repeat button, spiral Corinthian columns, enamel dial with Arabic numerals and decorated with a classical maiden in robes surrounded by winged cherubs, twin barrel movement with a platform lever escapement, striking on a gong, movement backplate stamped with Drocourt's trade mark DC within a cartouche and numbered 24989, 20.5cm high over handle, sold with service receipts see illustration 15.10.18, Case surface have slightly discoloured and with small surface scratches, minor dents in parts, dial with one minor chip to the bottom right hand corner and small scratches below 5 o'clock position, movement backplate with small dirt marks, movement is striking and in going order.

This is NOT mahogany but a stained wood.
