A gents red hunt coat bearing label "Heaphys" inside and brass hunt buttons for the Worcestershire hunt together with a collection of assorted jodphurs and cravats CONDITION REPORTS Five larger buttons present and two smaller, one button is broken from its support. Jacket is stained in varies places all over. Approximately 55cm from armpit to armpit, 49cm from shoulder to shoulder and approximately 78cm from top of collar to base of jacket. Has general wear and tear, see images for further details. Johphurs include Gorringe and Pickeur and all have general wear and tear to include discolouration, staining etc. Bobbling in the expected places and is the same with the cravat.
A mid 20th Century leopard fur coat with co-ordinating fur collar bears label "Harrisons Gloucester" (Cert No. 547704/01) CONDITION REPORTS Has some small marks/discolouration to the interior, wear to the edges of the fur especially around the top of the pockets. There is a small rip to one of the pockets at the top edge. Has a small tear below one button to the front of the coat and a repair close to it. There is a hole where the seam is splitting to the underarm on one side and some insect/moth damage to the back, has general wear and tear conducive with age and use, see photos for more details.
Late 19th Century German violin, the interior with facsimile Stradivarius label, the reverse with impressed monogram beneath button R.R., with bow, cased Condition: Evidence of possible repair to the edges of the sound box, sides have some scuffing, also some scuffing beneath the bridge, other than that both the instrument and bow are cosmetically good, whilst the case is somewhat worn and well used - **General condition consistent with age

6th century AD. A gilt-bronze saucer brooch with flat rim, chip-carved quatrefoil to the centre, remains of pin-lug and catch to the reverse. 5.05 grams, 20mm (3/4"). Found near Upminster, Essex, UK. Cf. MacGregor, A. & Bolick, E. A Summary Catalogue of the Anglo-Saxon Collections (Non-Ferrous Metals), Oxford, 1993, item 2.26. The brooch lies on the lower end of the size range for saucer brooches, and the upper end for button brooches. The quatrefoil design is more usually associated with the saucer type. Fine condition. 6th century AD. A cast button brooch of Class Bi with stylised helmetted face to the centre, raised border and chamfered rim; pin-lugs and catchplate to the reverse. 3.03 grams, 18mm (3/4"). From a private Berkshire, UK, collection. Cf. Avent, R. & Evison, V.I. Anglo-Saxon Button Brooches in Archaeologia, vol.CVII, 1982, items 23.1, 25.1. Fine condition.

A gilt bronze button brooch of Avent and Evison's Type Dii with a stylised helmetted face and well-defined brow and nose; part of pin and catch plate to the rear. 3.77 grams, 20mm (3/4"). Property of a West Yorkshire lady; acquired at auction in 2008. Cf. Avent, R. & Evison, V.I. Anglo-Saxon Button Brooches in Archaeologia, vol.CVII, 1982, p.83-4. Fine condition.
19th-20th century AD. A group of cut steel dies for buttons comprising: a flat button inscribed 'NORTHDOWN RAMBLING CLUB' depicting a haversack; a domed small livery button depicting a crest of a heron standing on a ducal coronet. 2.4 kg total, 70-85mm (2 3/4 - 3 1/2").
