WW2 British 23rd Hussars Officers Service Dress KD Uniform, 23rd Hussars officers service dress jacket and trousers in KD material. The buttons are that of the regiment and all present, including the button cuffs. It has one of the collar dogs in situ, with the other missing. On the inside pocket is the Bond Street tailors label with the name, Cpt A.J.Glyn and 22/3/44, date. The 23rd hussars were a war raised unit in which was part of the 11th armoured division and served in NWE. The reason for this in KD Material makes this an interesting piece, as well as the cut in which isn’t a standard pattern, with button hide pocket flaps and turn ups on the trouser legs. Nice clean condition.

Original strap still in place. Also, a pair of 6x30 binoculars in tan, complete with strap, lens protector and tunic button down strap. Very nice finish with period wear exposing some of the alloy body. Makers marked ‘cag’ and stamped ‘dienstglas’.
