A collection of early 20th century clothing comprised of a pair of shoes, two young girl's dresses and a WWI army cap with cap badge CONDITION REPORT: Hat has a missing button. Babies cap OK. Cream dress with blue ribbon has some wear, fraying, holes and patches of brown staining. Other dress has a few small holes and small areas of brown staining. The boots has missing buttons and the fabric is worn.
EARLY STEIFF TEDDY BEAR circa 1912, with black boot button eyes, elongated limbs and hump back. With a growler mechanism (no longer working), and with an embroidered jacket. With a Steiff Button in one ear, and with a copy of a photograph of the original owner. 17ins (43cms) high *This Teddy Bear was purchased around 1912, after the birth of the vendors Father, Norman Keith William Bagley (1912-1986).

A 1960'S 'LANVIN' SKIRT & CARDIGAN, MISS DIOR SILK SKIRT An unworn 'Lanvin Boutique Paris' skirt and cardigan with attached label. the skirt has gold polka dots on a brown ground of mixed acetate, polyamide and rexor fabric. Side zip and button. 36" long x 28" waist. The cardigan is gold and brown striped made from a similar mix of fabrics, labelled 'Lanvin Boutique Paris' 16" underarm to underarm. A further brown long pleated skirt made from polyamide. Fastened at the front with poppers, hooks and eye and attached tie belt. Labelled 'Miss Dior France' . 44" long x 28" waist. (3)
A 1920'S LAME JACKET & BLACK DROP WAIST SILK EVENING COAT A slinky gold lame jacket with floral design in pinks and yellows. Fastened with a single button at the waistline, beautiful sleeves falling to a puff at the cuff. A black taffeta silk evening coat with high padded collar, long sleeves, fabric buttons, dropped waistline. And a further simple cream silk drop waisted dress. (3)
EARLY C18TH EMBROIDERED GLOVES & ONE BLACK-WORK GLOVE A pair of antique gloves possibly 1700's, made from suede hand embroidered in satin stitch depicting roses. The glove is fastened at the wrist with a tiny brass bead and button hole. The cuff is lined in crimson silk and the suede decorated with embroidered roses. 11" long. The single grey suede glove is also early 1700's decorated in black work and fastened with a lace. The inside cuff is lined in black silk. 11" long. (2)
