The interior with a black on yellow printed label with Royal Coat of Arms 'Patronised By Her Majesty's Loyal Subjects - London Made Superfine Water Colours'. The compartmentalised base with ceramic pallet and two mixing bowls, 16.5 x 12.4 x 3.7cms.

A Victorian gilt framed overmantle mirror, with rounded corners and beaded edge. Height 146 cm, maximum width 143 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The mirror frame has been overpainted. The top right-hand corner of the pediment has losses to the gesso. The main body of the mirror frame is fairly thick with paint which will no doubt be covering old gesso losses and bead losses in places. The mirror frame is structurally sound. The backboards are original. There are some nibbles to the bottom edge of the mirror frame. The ceramic ball supports are a little crazed but in good order. The backboards are original.
