Lot 219

One of the most iconic Touring Cars from the 'Group A' period of the BTCC and probably one of the most original examples. Iconic Auctioneers are delighted to be asked to present to market this significant piece of British Motorsport history - Tim Harvey’s 'Labatt's' RS500 from the 1989 and 1990 BTCC Seasons. Built by the renowned Andy Rouse Engineering team for the 1989 season, this was a front-running car during the 1989 BTCC season, achieving two wins and third overall in 'Class A'. At the end of the year, the car was shipped to Macau to take part in the annual end of season event and running the Watsons Water livery, this very car won the Macau event with Tim at the wheel. After it’s success in Macau, the same car was used by Tim for the 1990 season, this time with the updated Labatt’s livery achieving third in Class again and fourth overall in the Championship. The car has remained in this original livery as it ended 1990, making it probably one of the most original BTCC 'Group A' examples. After the 1990 season, the car remained in private hands before being shipped out to Australia 2008, where it did only one race in Touring Car Masters. In 2011, it was bought by renowned UK racer, Paul Smith and shipped back to these shores. Paul race-prepared the car for big events like the Silverstone Classic and Gold Cup at Oulton Park and shared the drive with its original driver, Tim Harvey.During Paul’s ownership, a new engine was fitted with modern engine management system (original ARE stamped head and original ECU included) and the renowned ex-Mountune engineer, Dave Hill, has looked after the engine.More recently, the current enthusiast owner has invested in the car to keep it in ready to go mechanical condition. Indeed, last year the car was ran at Brands Hatch at the Touring Car event and was driven round the track in a demonstration run by Tim Harvey. This year, Jonny Smith featured the car on his YouTube Channel, The Late Brake Show, when Tiff Needell drove the car around Mallory Park, a video we highly recommend watching (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqC366iJu8Q).The current owner sends the car to AWS for new oils and filters and inspection every time it runs. The 'Labatt's' now runs Ohlins shocks, all set up by Mardi Gras and all the original shocks are included (Spax). Two sets of original wheels are also included along with a new set on the car with new tyres fitted from when Tim drove it last year at Brands Hatch.Other than these practical recent additions, the car is seen to be totally original, all original paint and graphics, original seat, exactly how Tim finished racing the car in 1990. The vendor had the car ceramic-coated inside and out in the interest of preservation. It lives in a heated bubble since it joined his Collection a few years ago.Due to the fluid nature of Motorsport where constant development is the norm, it’s extremely rare to come across an unrestored 'Group A' racing car with a straight line of ownership and assured provenance, making this a rare find for any collector. Combine this with the fact it could be entered and raced at a variety of high quality events across the world makes this perhaps an unrepeatable opportunity to acquire a significant piece of British Motorsport history.Photo Credit; With thanks to Evo Magazine.Specification Make: FORD Model: RS500 Year: 1989 Chassis Number: NA Registration Number: N/A Transmission: Manual Drive Side: Right-hand Drive Make: RHDClick here for more details and images

With only 25 units ever produced worldwide and one of only six for the UK-market, this special car merges Aston Martin’s legacy of performance with the style and sophistication of cinema's most iconic spy. To celebrate the release of the 25th James Bond film, No Time to Die, Aston Martin released two exclusive 007 special editions inspired by the cars featured in the film. The DBS 007 Edition and the Vantage 007 Edition, each of which was offered in limited numbers, were carefully designed and crafted by the experts in Aston Martin’s bespoke division - Q by Aston Martin.According to the Aston martin website; 'Strictly limited to just 25 production cars available worldwide and featuring the same specification as the muscular DBS featured in the film, the car has a suitably menacing road presence. Inside, the cockpit of this DBS Superleggera is a dark, brooding, leather-clad environment with flashes of red detailing the outline of the seats. Subtle 007 branding can be found on the door cards, armrest buckle badge and on the rear sub-woofer cover. The car is finished with a sill plaque that recognises it is one of just 25 DBS Superleggera 007 Editions. Lot 132

The rarest Production Porsche. One of 13 made worldwide, one of two in right-hand drive and the only right-hand drive car in the UK. On offer here is quite simply the rarest production Porsche ever built and is a unique opportunity in this country. This 911 Club Coupé is one of just 13 cars built, one of two right-hand drive examples and the only car to be delivered to the UK (the other right-hand drive car went to Hong Kong). The Club Coupé is a unique model created to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the first Porsche Club. The first club specifically for Porsche owners was originally known as the Westfalischer Porsche Club Hohensyburg and was set up in May 1952, just four years after the first 356 rolled off the production line, by a group of enthusiasts. There were 13 original members and consequently it seemed appropriate to build the same number of cars out of respect to those early owners who were so excited about their new cars that they got together to share their enthusiasm, little knowing what they had started.Of the 13 cars, only 12 were available for sale as Porsche themselves decided to keep one to be displayed at the Porsche Museum. Porsche regularly display their own example and it was recently presented at the launch of the 992.2 in Spain.Revered by Porsche collectors, over 50% have been retained by their original owners and Porsche have run rallies specifically for those select few owners. A film on YouTube, 'Rallye 911 Club Coupe La passion continue', will show what lies ahead for the purchaser. To make the ordering process for the remaining 12 a little fairer, the company ran a lottery system, which was opened on 16th June 2012, with each of the 12 lucky winners having their name engraved on a switch-panel trim strip. They were handed over at a dinner in Stuttgart hosted by Wolfgang Porsche. The Museum printed a limited run of 250 books dedicated to the story and documenting the build process, a copy of which will accompany the car.The stunning paint finish was described as Brewster Green and the vendor later ordered a new 911GTS to match for daily use. When parked next to each other, it was clear that the Club Coupé was a completely different colour. Further research with the Factory revealed that it was known internally as 'Family Green', a colour reserved exclusively for Porsche family members and as worn by Wolfgang Porsche's personal 993 Turbo S which is displayed at the Porsche Museum. A shade not offered nor available anywhere else adding to the car’s unrepeatable exclusivityMileage at the time of cataloguing was 7,918 in the hands of its three previous owners and the car has been well maintained by Porsche main dealers in recent years as you might expect with such a special 911. It was last serviced at Porsche Reading some 200 miles ago.The specification is impressive and includes:7-speed automatic PDK transmission. One of 100 made worldwide and one of only 28 UK-delivered, right-hand drive examples.  Unveiled by Aston Martin in 2015 as 'the most potent and uncompromising Vantage to date' the Vantage GT12 was significantly re-engineered from a standard V12 S. 100kg was shed through the extensive use of carbon fibre body panels, bonnet, bumpers and front wings. With production limited to just 100 examples worldwide, of which 28 were UK right-hand drive, the new model incorporated much of what had been learned from their successful GT racing programme.Power from the 6-litre V12 was increased from 550 to 592bhp and the chassis updated including a wider track and large carbon-ceramic brake discs. The 7-speed sport-shift transmission was also updated for faster gear changes, while downforce to the rear wing, front splitter, rear diffuser and side skirts was increased by a factor of seven.Finished in China Grey with a Grey Blend Alcantara/Californian Poppy interior, this is one of only 28 UK-supplied, right-hand drive examples and had covered 10,579 miles at the time of cataloguing. The GT12 has formed part of our vendor's private Collection since 2019 and boasts a full Aston Martin service history with the most recent, a six year service, on 9th July 2024.The car was specified new with the following options:  Alarm System: Alarm Upgrade Volumetric & Tilt Sensors Audio System: Aston Martin 700W Premium AudioBadge Bonnet/Decklid: Bright Chrome (Black Wings Infill)Brake Calipers: OrangeCentre Console: Satin CarbonFacia Trim (Trim Inlay): Facia Trim - Full Length Twill Carbon Front Badge: GT12 Bonnet LouvreFront Grille: CarbonGearbox Type: 7-Speed Sportshift IIIGraphics Pack: FullHandbook Language: EnglishHeadlamps: Black BezelIP Language: EnglishKeyfob Cover: Leather Ecu PouchPaddle shifts: Black Paddleshift - Match To Seat -StripeParcel Shelf: Fit Parcel ShelfParking Cameras: Reversing CameraQ Graphics Pack: Orange Q Graphics PackRear Quarter/Window: PolycarbonateRoof Panel: Carbon FibreSeat Belts: Warm CharcoalSeat Embroidery: Headrest Embroidery - Gt12 LogoSeat Type: Lightweight Manual SeatSeating Arrangement: 2 SeaterSpecial Feature: QBy Aston MartinSteering Wheel Type: Standard Steering WheelTail Lamps: Clear Rear LampsTailgate Finish: CarbonWheels: 7Sp Satin Black Magnesium Centre LockWindow Surround Finisher: Black Side Window FinisherWith limited production numbers, inspiration from the racing team, impressive performance and a soundtrack hard to match, this is a highly sought-after and collectable model and one that we highly recommend coming to see at the NEC.Our vendor has generously agreed to include the Cherished Registration number, GT12 VAN, as part of the sale.Specification Make: ASTON MARTIN Model: GT12 VANTAGE Year: 2015 Chassis Number: SCFGJBJY0GGS62373 Registration Number: GT12 VAN Transmission: Semi-Automatic Engine Number: AM57/43013 Drive Side: Right-hand Drive Odometer Reading: 10579 Miles Make: RHDClick here for more details and images

Lot 194

On offer from long term ownership, this time warp Legacy RS Turbo is remarkably well preserved having covered less than 22,500 miles from new.   In the early 1990s, Subaru’s rally exploits turned the brand’s image on its head. From being staid, unimaginative all-wheel drive oddities that only a farmer might want, the cars campaigned by the likes of Ari Vatanen, Markku Alén, Colin McRae and Richard Burns became the darlings of the 1990s go-faster brigade, as the Legacy and Impreza conquered rally stages across the globe and won World Championships. The first of these to appear was based on the successful Legacy four-door saloon and arrived in 1988 as the Legacy RS, with production starting in 1989. Designed to be homologated for 'Group A' competition, it featured a 220bhp, 2-litre, four-cam, 16v, EJ20 turbocharged flat-four mated to a 5-speed gearbox and all-wheel drive offering a top speed of 155mph.First registered in 1989, this early generation RS Legacy was imported from Japan and has been with its current owner since 2014, kept in heated storage with (importantly) no external lighting, where this time-warp remains today having covered less than 1,200 miles since then. Sitting on a set of gold 15" 6-spoke alloy wheels, it's finished in Ceramic White (057) over a grey cloth and cord-trimmed interior, featuring light grey 'tricot' cloth inserts on the seats with matching door cards. The factory specification includes a heated rear windscreen, 3-spoke leather-trimmed Momo steering wheel, automatic air conditioning, a CD and cassette stereo, electrically adjustable folding door mirrors and electric windows. The Cherished Registration Number, G14 PWL, was purchased to go with the car as a respectful nod to Collin McRae's 'Group A'-winning Subaru Legacy, J314 PWL.This Subaru Legacy RS Turbo is a very well presented time warp of the modern classic Japanese performance saloon, offered in impressive, original condition, and with low mileage. Presented in a timeless factory colour scheme, with a potent turbocharged flat-four, an engaging 5-speed manual gearbox and permanent four-wheel drive, it would make an excellent addition to any collection of Japanese performance cars and an exciting yet practical retro daily driver or weekend toy.Specification Make: SUBARU Model: LEGACY RS Year: 1989 Chassis Number: BC5015363 Registration Number: G14 PWL Transmission: Manual Engine Number: 100945 Drive Side: Right-hand Drive Odometer Reading: 36000 KM Make: RHD Interior Colour: Grey clothClick here for more details and images

Lot 258

Ordered via Atelier Ferrari, this well-specified V12 flagship GT comes with a full service history and just 28,500 miles. The F12 Berlinetta was Ferrari's replacement for the 599 GTB and the company threw everything at it to ensure it was considerably quicker than its seminal predecessor, but also that it was more enjoyable at low speeds. It is able to be both GT and supercar, mixing front-engined packaging and civility with exotic, F1-inspired dynamic ability.Let's start with its seminal V12 engine, an EVO magazine review in 2014 stated 'Ferrari should be honoured for building arguably the greatest road-car engine of all time. The powertrain is surely the most remarkable, exciting and addictive of any car on sale today. It isn't just the power, staggering as that is, but the manner of its delivery. The final 2,000 revs to the red-line and the speed of the shift to the next gear are truly breath-taking. Similar in size to the Ferrari FF's engine but significantly re-engineered to produce more power, rev higher and ensure much quicker throttle response. It produces an almost unbelievable 730bhp at 8,250rpm (it revs to 8,700rpm) and 509lb/ft at 6,000rpm. All that power is smoothly transmitted to the 315-section rear tyres through a 7-speed dual clutch transaxle and Ferraris E-Diff. The results are startling: 0-62mph in 3.1-seconds, 0-124mph in 8.5-seconds and a top speed of over 211mph. Those acceleration figures put it ahead of a McLaren F1. Around Fiorano, its faster than an Enzo or even the ultra-extreme 599 GTO.'The F12 was also fitted with the latest evolution of Ferraris adaptive magnetorheological dampers (SCM-E), which react much more quickly, improved carbon-ceramic brakes and as ever, the relentless evolution of the many traction and stability systems sees huge gains in control and speed. Then there's the famous aero-bridge - ducts set into the front wings - which reduce drag and improve downforce, plus active brake cooling ducts that only open when the discs are getting really hot, to reduce drag. The list of technical highlights is almost endless! Ferrari retained an aluminium chassis for the F12 but new materials increase stiffness and reduce weight. The car presented here is a UK-supplied, right-hand drive, 2013 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, supplied new by Carrs Ferrari of Exeter in August 2013. The original owner chose carefully from Atelier Ferrari to include Rosso Scuderia exterior paint with Scuderia Ferrari Shields, 20'' Anthracite alloy wheels, yellow brake calipers, advanced front-lighting system (AFS) and a reversing camera. In addition to the normal luxuries, the interior benefits from having Charcoal Grey seating with Cavallino Rampante stitching on the headrests and a satellite navigation system.Ferrari Main dealer service history:January 2014 - 3,705 miles at Carrs Ferrari, Exeter September 2015 - 4,110 miles at JCT 600 Ferrari, Leeds August 2016 - 9,928 miles at HR Owen, LondonNovember 2017 - 14,238 miles at HR Owen, LondonJanuary 2019 - 16,406 miles at HR Owen, LondonJanuary 2020 - 18,869 miles at HR Owen, LondonFebruary 2021 - 21,210 miles at Jardine Ferrari, ColchesterOctober 2022 - 24,819 miles at Carrs Ferrari, ExeterNovember 2023 - 27,655 miles at Carrs Ferrari, ExeterThe current indicated mileage is a little under 28,500 and the car will retain the desirable registration number 'F12 ALO'.This formidable V12 Ferrari is the complete package and represents tempting value. Lot 202

Very well specified, 992.1 GT3 Touring in Gentian Blue with a bespoke interior and just over 2,200 miles. For over 20 years, Porsche’s GT3 has cemented its legend within the 911 dynasty, one which enhances the 911’s natural penchant for performance with additional flair and emotion. Powered by a high-revving, naturally aspirated flat-six linked to the rear wheels by – ideally - a manual gearbox, the GT3 is the purist’s 911.In February 2021, Porsche introduced the GT3 version of the eighth-generation 911, the 992. The numbers were very impressive; 3,996cc, 24v, naturally aspirated flat-six, 503bhp @ 8,400rpm, 347lb/ft @ 6,100rpm, 6-speed manual gearbox, rear-wheel drive, 0-62mph in 3.8 seconds, 199mph and 22mpg, however, it’s not simply numbers that separate it from its predecessor, the much revered 991. A new front suspension design utilised a double wishbone set-up rather than MacPherson struts and rose-joints allowing Porsche’s engineers to increase camber stiffness, and give the front tyres a far more consistent surface contact patch. In order to maximise the benefit of the performance from the double-wishbone set-up at the front, the multi-link rear suspension was also totally revised. Weight was saved in a number of areas including lightweight glass, new front wheels, new rear fascia, stainless exhaust and a carbon rear lid resulting in the new car weighing the same as the 991 GT3 even though it's physically larger. In 2017 the ‘Touring Package’ was introduced giving a new focus to the GT3’s capabilities. It's brief, to refine the magic of the Motorsport department and make this 911 more suited to the road. Still retaining the winged GT3’s explosive 500bhp engine, the Touring’s more subtle styling proved captivating.  The most obvious difference is the omission of the standard car's distinctive swan-neck fixed rear wing replaced by an automatically extending rear spoiler which generates downforce at high speeds whilst maintaining the classic 'flatback' 911 profile. In the case of the 992 GT3 there are only a few aesthetic details that distinguish the Touring from its be-winged sibling including painted front bumper inserts, aluminium window trim (rather than black anodised) and more interior surfaces trimmed in perforated leather and brushed aluminium.Supplied new by Porsche Centre Swindon and first registered on 30th May 2022, this right-hand drive, 4-litre 992 GT3 Touring was ordered in Gentian Blue Metallic with an Exclusive Manufacture Mojave Beige interior.Obviously no expense was spared when it came to ticking the option list which includes; 7-speed PDK, Touring Package Exterior in Black, PPF, Exterior Mirror Upper Trims Carbon, Lightweight Roof Carbon, Exclusive Design Taillights, LED Matric Main Headlights, Lifting System Front Axle, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB), Exclusive Manufacture Mojave Beige Interior, Adaptive Sports Seats Plus 18 Way with Carbon back insert, Seat heating, Chrono Package, White Rev Dial, Steering Column Casing Leather, Bose Surround Sound System, Park Assist Rear including Reversing Camera and a Spare Key.It's been with its current owner for 18 months and has two former registered keepers. The current indicated mileage is 2,233 and was most recently serviced at Porsche Centre Hull - '2 year/20K service' on 27th September 2024 at 2,172 miles.  It's original Porsche Warranty is valid until 30th May 25.Specification Make: PORSCHE Model: 911 GT3 TOURING S-A Year: 2022 Chassis Number: WP0ZZZ99ZNS265480 Registration Number: SH22 HLG Transmission: Auto Engine Number: 005142 Drive Side: Right-hand Drive Odometer Reading: 2233 Miles Make: RHD Interior Colour: Mojave BeigeClick here for more details and images

Lot 257

Beautiful coachwork finished in Nero Daytona complemented by Crema leather, 0-62mph in 3.7 seconds and just 29,353 miles from new. The Ferrari 599 succeeded its predecessor, the 575, in the summer of 2006 and brought the front-engined V12 Grand Tourer into the modern age. Whereas the 550 and 575, even at their introduction, always felt like modern classics, the 599 was every inch a new-age Ferrari. The all-aluminium chassis, F1 SuperFast gearbox, F1-Trac stability and traction control, magnetic semi-active dampers and carbon-ceramic brakes, all wrapped in aggressive, aero-optimised bodywork with minimal overhangs and maximum presence was a mission statement. Top billing, though, went to the engine - a lightly modified version of the Enzo's 6-litre V12 with a mighty 611bhp at 7,600rpm, endowing Ferrari's new series-production flagship with truly sensational performance with 0-62 in 3.7 seconds and on to a top speed of 205mph. Of the 3,500 Ferrari 599 GTB F1 Fioranos produced globally, the United Kingdom’s share, as is the norm with right-hand drive Ferraris, amounted to under 10% of the total production. Online resources confirm that there are currently 301 examples registered in the UK.This delightful 599 GTB Fiorano F1 was supplied new in the UK on 1st December 2006 with few option boxes left unticked. The well chosen combination of Nero Daytona with recessed Scuderia Ferrari shields complements the Crema trimmed carbon fibre bucket seats, black top roll and matching carpets, highlighted by carbon fibre and aluminium inserts. The factory-fitted equipment includes dual-zone climate-control, electrically adjustable seats with driver memory function, electric windows, rear parking sensors, a carbon fibre-trimmed steering wheel with LED shift lights, an electrochromic rear-view mirror, leather headlining, a Giallo tachometer and a premium Bose sound system, enhanced by a more modern Pioneer unit with Bluetooth connectivity.Sitting four-square on 20" ‘Monolithic’ alloy wheels, housing Rosso callipers with carbon-ceramic brake discs and shod with Pirelli P Zero tyres, the 599 is perhaps the most handsome V12 GT Ferrari since the Daytona, designed, as they were, to be both beautiful and monstrously capable. A true GT car should raise the odd eyebrow when first introduced and then age gracefully, they should never be vulgar and we wonder how the aggressive coachwork of the 599’s successors will look in time. This glorious 599 is presented to auction freshly serviced with some 29,353 miles, its dealer handbooks, a well stamped service book and advisory free MOT Certificate valid until May 2025. It's also accompanied by the original toolkit in its tan leather case, a car cover and we are pleased to confirm the Cherished Registration Number V12 FSH is generously included in the sale.Specification Make: FERRARI Model: 599 GTB FIORANO Year: 2006 Chassis Number: ZFFFD60C000149552 Registration Number: V12 FSH Transmission: Automatic Engine Number: 109009 Drive Side: Right-hand Drive Odometer Reading: 28000 Miles Make: RHD Interior Colour: Crema LeatherClick here for more details and images
