A patent Automatic water finder `The Mansfield`, Liverpool, early 20th century, the instrument in a rectangular mahogany box with glazed observation panel to the top enclosing a white glazed ceramic dial, in a fitted leather case with instructions and accessories, water finder approximately 25cm high.
