A Trio of Impressive Late 20th Century Ceramic and Bronzed Metal Table Lamps In The Classical Style with The Central and Tall Urn Shaped Table Lamp, Flanked by Two Smaller Matching Table Lamps. Each with Hand Painted Decoration and Ovoid Shaped Bodies. The Tallest Table Lamp 28 Inches High. All of Very Good Condition.
A 19th century French gilt bronze mantel clock with inset porcelain panels depicting floral motifs and river landscape with mill beneath a circular enamel dial set with Roman numerals and Arabic second numerals, with blue glazed twin handled urn with floral garlands, the eight day movement stamped CV580 58, also bearing illegible handwriting to the back of the front ceramic plaque, on four turned feet and gilt plaster stand, height 38cm, with glass dome (af) on wooden ebonised base. CONDITION REPORT: General surface wear, some rubbing to the front parts of the gilt,m a few hairlines to the dial around the key winding apertures, lacking glass, odd tiny dots of dirt, the plaster base has rubbing and minor losses to the corners, the glass dome has a reglued crack to one of the sides to the bottom.
A Victorian electroplated six piece cruet stand with pierced and engine turned decorated sides, and with central loop handle (one of the clear cut glass condiment bottles is missing), a further stand with four associated condiment containers, and an electroplate mounted Copeland ceramic transfer decorated biscuit barrel of tapering form (3).
A group of mixed ceramics to include four "Patum Peperium-The Gentleman's Relish" ceramic boxes, five jasperware pieces, a Dutch studio pottery plaque, a footed floral hand painted bowl, etc, also a group of glass to include a clear cut glass bowl, diameter 20cm, two fruit shaped paperweights, a pair of gilt heightened drinking glasses, also a carved green onyx leaf shaped plate.
A 19th century Vienna ceramic hand painted and gilt heightened cabinet plate depicting "Venus Appearing to Aeneas as a Huntress" after Pietro da Cortona, marked to base, signed "G. Forst", diameter 22.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: Minor traces of wear to the surface, rubbing to the gilt, particularly around the edge of the rim. Around the main image there is a bead adorned border with some beads with gilt that has losses. This is the intentional way of decorating them.
