A VICTORIAN WALNUT AND UPHOLSTERED SOFAIN THE MANNER OF HOLLAND & SONS, CIRCA 1870The front castors stamped 'COPE COLLINSON PATENT' the rear castors stamped 'COPE'S PATENT'78cm high, 198cm wide, 82cm deep overall Condition Report: This sofa has marks, knocks and abrasions consistent with age and use. The vine woven upholstery has some wear and marks, the ends and the back are sun faded. The upholstery is firm (as opposed to soft), we are unable to comment on the originality and condition of the frame beneath the upholstery. The trim has wool fringes and there is some rust spotting to some of the flowerhead studs. Some wear and fraying to the trim including to the front of the sofa, lacking one of the fabric knops. Some marks to the underside fabric. Lacking one of the white ceramic casters to a back leg. Please see the additional photographs as a visual reference of condition. Condition Report Disclaimer

WADE; a large quantity of Whimsies, figures and characters to include boxed Walt Disney figures, model of a Staffordshire dog, also ceramics from the Wade collectors club to include 'Mummy Bear 1996', ceramic and rubber models of Popeye, Olive Oyl and Bluto, etc. CONDITION REPORT All appear to be in good order.
BESWICK; a large figure of a Green Woodpecker on a naturalistic tree stump and floral covered base, impressed number to base 1218, and in black 37, height 22cm, and a Beswick Osprey ceramic Beneagles decanter, originally for whisky, from Peter Thompson Perth, modelled by D. Lyttleton 1977, height 20cm (2). CONDITION REPORT All appear to have no chips, cracks or damage, and no signs of restoration.
ROYAL DOULTON; a large stoneware figure of seal on naturalistic rocky plinth, 21 x 14cm, a Royal Doulton figure of a blue elephant, and a Winnie the Pooh collection 'Piglet and the balloon', from the Disney series, numbered to the base WP5, a Carlton ware crinoline lady napkin holder, a Carlton ware crested ware lucky black cat for Bideford and a 19th century white ceramic English bulldog with blue highlights on the collar and sailing ship painted to the front, height 10cm (6). CONDITION REPORT Splashes in the glaze as can be seen in the photo, several scratches and grazes to the base, only really noticeable when looking closely, several scratches to his back
DOULTON & CO; a late 19th/early 20th century blue and white transfer decorated toilet, inscribed to the back side 'Doulton & Co Ltd, Sanitary Engineers Works, Lambeth, London and Paisley 'Metallo' Keramic Joint', 42 x 57 x 33cm. CONDITION REPORT There are some hard water marks in the bowl, it is rather grubby throughout. There are the remnants of a sealed metal pipe for the water inlet, which has been crudely cut and has some sort of ceramic filler as a seal. The back edge of the foot has a sliver chip missing and a further chip. The floor mounting holes have been filled in, slight rubbing to the outer edge of the rim. No obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration, although, as previously mentioned, it is rather grubby.
A Victorian burr walnut and mahogany box commode and contents, the upholstered hinged lid opening to reveal a wooden seat above a lidded ceramic liner, with shaped panel to the front and raised on a plinth base, 46 x 50 x 44cm (af). CONDITION REPORT Overall solid, but very used condition, with large areas of scuffs, staining, fading, etc throughout the woodwork.
An early 20th century wall-mounted copper toilet cistern with internal fittings, a further lead-lined wall mounted toilet cistern, internal components stamped 'Jap Cap Patent 19198/06', with later ball cock and J. & J. Duff Plumbers Sterling ceramic pull, a large mahogany example and two lidded toilet seats (af) (5). CONDITION REPORT We have been unable to open the wooden wall-mounted toilet cistern, so cannot comment on the internal fixtures and fittings. We offer no guarantee that all of the relevant fittings are supplied with either of the cisterns, although the copper example has an open top and appears complete. One of the toilet seats has two screw holes in the back plinth and has a cut-away section for the water pipe for the wall-mounted cistern. The other one appears to be in two sections and also has a cut-out for a water pipe and further notches in the corners, with screw holes.
