A Celadon glaze Chinese pottery Wine Ewer in early style, 22.5cm high CONDITION REPORT: Upon inspection both the main Ewer and the lid appear to be both in good order, (the majority of these Chinese Ceramic items have come from one private collection and have been standing for many years on shelves in cabinets etc., and most of them are very dirty and dusty etc.,
An interesting selection of six assorted Chinese ceramic Tea Pots of various sizes and decoration to include brocade balls, the larger Tea Pot unusually decorated with birds of prey, the others with scrolling lotus and similar foliate designs (6) CONDITION REPORT: Most of the Tea Pots appear in generally good order for age, the highest Tea Pot is a Crackleware style Tea Pot with prevalent crackle glaze, the other Tea Pots appear to have survived intact with no major faults, cracks, chips, restoration or otherwise immediately apparent (6 Tea Pots and Covers), the smallest Tea Pot has a very small 3mm hairline crack to the lip of the main body.
Good English ebonised double fusee verge bracket clock, with foliate engraved back plate and locking pendulum, the 7" white ceramic dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, also with an outer date ring, within a stepped brass bound case surmounted by a caddy top and brass carrying handle, 17" high (pendulum and keys)
