Both feature a rustic, sand-coloured glaze and have maker marks printed on the bases. The largest measuring approx. 14cm tall.

Walter Becht - A late 20th-century West German ceramic pottery vase / lantern, featuring a brown coloured glaze to the main body, a bright purple glaze to the reverse, and a lighter, blue glaze to the interior. Raised on a short plinth base, with a rectangular opening to reveal a candle holding space, and two circular stumped handles, with a chimney-looking top. Measuring approx. 21cm x 13cm. Printed 'WB 148/21' to the underside.
French Faience pottery mantel clock, in the style of Theodore Deck, late 19th century, the body in the style of an Eastern Moon flask with beast mask handles, with shell surmount, circular enamelled dial with Arabic numerals, circular drum movement striking a bell, unidentified pottery marks stamped JVC, model 672, 39cm.Condition report:Both loop handles have been previously broken and restored but the restoration has aged and now requires being "re-repaired". Some glaze chips to the masks, and the tips of the beards are broken off. Other minor chipping to the teeth. Minor shallow chips to the shell and edges of the plinth top. No other evident chips or damage to the ceramic case. Movement appears to work and strike.

A GROUP OF MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS, included two pairs of brass cross faucet handle taps with ceramic inlay on the top with 'HOT' and 'COLD' printed on, larger taps 23cm, smaller 20.5cm, (signs of verdigris over all are in need of a clean, sticky putty around the top and a little on the thread), vintage wood writing slope, gold colour inlay design, 30cm x 23cm depth 13cm, a larger writing slope with glass ink well inside and side drawer (cannot seem to open drawer, both boxes have signs of damage in places and the veneer is peeling away on the one box), vintage GPO (general post office) batteries in a wooden box, three batteries marked DR2. G.P.O. S. FEB. 57. (not tested, some marks to the box), pewter plate with raised and etched design, makers mark on the back a crown above a Tudor rose and number 8677 scratched into the metal (the metal is quite badly bent out of shape in places but does not affect pattern) etc. (6) (see main description for specific item's damage)
