The face of a ceramic block, square in plan with triangular profile with incised text to three faces: (1) to one broad face 'XAPIC' and six vertical strokes; (2) to one short edge '[.]ω ΑΓΙΟC'; (3) to one long edge 'ΑΓ[...]ΘΑΓΙO'; (4) to one short edge, a cross potent with chevrons; (5) to the underside, six lines of text within a border '[.]IωΑΝ / NTOM[.] / CINOY / OEωTO / KEPωH / ΓΕΑΤΤΟ'. 127 grams, 82mm (3 1/4").
