A Victorian walnut games / work table, the hinged and swivel burr veneered top inlaid a chequer board to a baize lined interior with counter wells and cribbage boards, with registration lozenges for 1872, above five drawers, one with the date 1886, to a pull-out bag, on fluted legs and ceramic castors, 28.5in (72.5cm) h, 30in (76.4cm) w, 17.5in (44.4cm) d. The Patent Office records show that this design was registered in on 16th February 1872, by Jenks & Holt, 55 Bread Street, Cheapside, London.
