Size: Diameter 7", 17.78cm. - Height 3 1/2", 8.90cm.Provenance: From a Baltimore Maryland home Condition: A flaw in the glaze to the center of the interior of the bowl where the glaze has split approx. 4mm in width and 3cm in length and to the underside and similar split has occurred. There is also another flaw in the glaze on the side with an unglazed triangular area 6mm by 6mm by 6mm and 2 other unglazed points of less significance. The crackle on the surface has been stained with 2 colored pigments both black and brown. There is considerable wear to the surface. Especially around the inner rim.
