Bone (Sir)Muirhead (1876-1953) "Shipyards and Shipping" c1914-1918, A group of six monotone lithograph prints depicting shipbuilding processes and ships in dockside setting, possibly Clydeside, from original charcoal studies, lithograph prints published by the War Office. G-VG (6) Commissioned as official war artist in 1916, Muirhead Bone served in this capacity during both World Wars in recognition for his exceptional works he was knighted.
