An early 19th Century Viorama or paper peep show, 'The Way to St Paul's' published December 1825 by Ingrey & Madeley, lithograph printed, concertina action to 30cm with slip case. NB - The paper peep show represents a view of the City of London, opening to create an illusion of depth with the cut out panels, showing horse drawn carriages and pedestrians. A similar example is in the Victoria & Albert Museum.
