CHARLES JOHNSON PAYNE (1884-1967), Snaffles, a colour lithograph 'The Guns! Thank God! The Guns!'; published by Messrs Fores, Piccadilly, London West, March 26th 1919, 45cm x 66cm; ebonised frame and glazed CONDITION REPORT: On the top right hand side above the actual print is shown “Published by Messrs. Fores, 41 Piccadilly, London W, March 26th 1919. The print looks in good order although as you can see from the margin under the glass there are quite a lot of thunder flies bottom left and bottom right mainly.
Mary Fedden (1915-2012), a limited edition (15/75) colour lithograph, 'Tuscany'; signed Fedden in pencil lower right; unframed; 78cm x 57cm CONDITION REPORT: Lot 492 This appears to be in generally reasonable order. There is a slight blemish approx. 6cm to the left of the lemons which can be seen above the cone shaped blacking out and a small blemish under the word Tuscany to the right. It is a little ragged on the right hand side where the paper looks to have been hand cut. The back also has some very minor marks but generally in good overall condition.
Mary Fedden (1915-2012), a mounted but unframed limited edition (4/75) colour lithograph; 'Lamplight'; signed lower right in pencil; paper size 51cm x 71cm CONDITION REPORT: The mount is a little scuffed lower left and slight centre and there are some darker marks around the edge. The print looks to be in fairly good order with no major problems noted. The print has been affixed to the mount with tape. There is some rear scuffing to the mount at the edge but nothing particularly prevalent. There is a very minor indentation to the lower left hand side of the print towards the left of the apple on the table. Apart from this in reasonable order.
