The plates are mostly of Egypt but also illustrate views of Bombay, Jedda, Mocha and Malta." (Blackmer).

Whilst Atabey notes, 'According to Colas this work should have a lithographed title and 21 plates, but all copies seen thus far have contained only 20 plates.'
