Richard Beer (British, b.1928), St John`s, Cambridge, signed lower right "Richard Beer" and numbered 19/100, lithograph, 58 x 42cm (22.62 x 16.38in) Richard Beer studied at the Slade School of Art (1945-50), and was tutor of printmaking at Chelsea School of Art and a founder member of the Printmakers Council. His work is in many collections including the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Government Art Collection
