§ Robert MacBryde (Scottish 1913-1966) Still life with fig and watermelonsigned 'Robert MacBryde' (lower right); numbered 1/25lithograph, unframed79.5 x 56.5cmCondition report: Surface toned and discoloured throughout, as pictured, this toning is not even throughout with deeper discolouration at the perimeters, and some paler areas including a vertical section approximately 11cm wide and running the length of the sheet from around 1cm from the right hand edge, there is a further more bleached section on the left hand side, of rectangular form and around 15cm long and 3cm wide. Along the right hand edge there is a small tear around half way up the edge, a further, small tear 21cm from the lower edge, and a very small tear to the top edge. The left hand corner has some dog ear creases and there is general staining throughout, this is mostly confined to the margins, though there are some marks on the main image. The reverse of the sheet shows multiple brown stains and marks.
