(27 x 41 1/2 in), sheet 860 x 1190 mm. (33 7/8 x 46 7/8 in), some areas of restoration visible, with repaired tears, remargined, Hering & Remington, 1851 ⁂ The original painting by Roberts that the present work is after was sold at Christie's in 1961, and has subsequently not been traced since.
