Tetley (Lord Mayor) [facsimile signature of Charles Francis Tetley (1848-1934), later Chairman of the brewery]. Large Survey map, lithograph mounted on canvas; annotated and hand-coloured in green to show boundaries of the area designated a Public Park. With official ink stamps 'City Engineer's Office Leeds Sep 16 1897' and 'Office Copy'. Price for Coloured and Uncoloured copies indicated lower right. 133 x 103cm. An impressive and detailed large-scale map. Soiled, with creases and crinkling. [Offered with:] 19 copies of the same promotional poster printed by Beck & Inchbold for the Leeds Estates Company Ltd.
