Beaver attended the Slade and studied etching under Joan Buckland-Wright. She worked for many years as art editor of Children’s books at Oxford University Press before resuming painting and printmaking in 1962. She has since held exhibitions at the Royal Academy, Society of Wood Engravers, Royal Society of Painter Etchers and Engravers. (2)
