A Dresden porcelain lidded vase, decorated with harbour scenes and raised on a later wooden base, letter D with crown above to base. Overall height 30 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The vase and lid are both in generally good order with no damage, no repairs and no restoration. There do not appear to be any hairline cracks. The knop on the lid has rubbing to the gilding and is very slightly rough to touch. The top lip to the vase is not completely circular and is a little out of shape. This has clearly been in the firing.
A Helena Wolfsohn Augustus Rex lidded vase, with painted panels of figures and foliage with yellow and white ground, AR mark verso. Height 34 cm, together with a similar but Dresden script marked tazza. Diameter 22 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: Both pieces in this lot are in very good order with no chips, no damage, no repairs and no restoration. There is some minor rubbing to the gilding particularly around the knop to the vase lid.
A Meissen porcelain coffee pot, with painted panels with yellow and white ground, crossed swords mark to base. Height 24 cm, together with a Dresden cabinet cup and saucer and an unmarked inkwell (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The coffee pot lid has small losses and nibbles to the rose bud finial. Other than this the pot is in good condition with no further chips, no damage, no repairs and no restoration. There is some minor rubbing to the gilding. The other pieces in the lot are both in good condition with no chips, no damage, no repairs and no restoration. Again, there is some minor rubbing to the gilding.
A collection of Dresden and similar cabinet cups and saucers, including a Helena Wolfsohn Augustus Rex trio, two cups and saucers, a shaped saucer and bell (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The lid to the chocolate cup has been extensively restored. The cup with the snake handle and three feet has a hairline crack and is discoloured to the interior. All other pieces in this lot are in good order and are free from any chips, damage, repairs or restoration. All pieces do have some rubbing to the gilding as one would expect.
A pair of Dresden style club shaped vases, decorated with panels of figures and floral sprays, unmarked. Height 31 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Both vases must have been considered seconds as the makers mark has been ground off to the foot rim. One vase has two hairline cracks to the cylindrical neck. The other is in good order with no major issues. Neither have any chips, repairs or restoration. Both have some rubbing to the gilding.
A Helena Wolfsohn Augustus Rex cabinet cup and saucer, blue white and gilt decorated with figures, together with a similar cup and saucer unmarked, a Dresden coffee can, a Meissen lidded vessel with yellow ground and crossed swords marks to base and another Meissen cabinet cup and saucer. CONDITION REPORT: The handle to the blue Wolfsohn cup has been broken and glued. The foot rim is also rough to touch, lacking glaze around the bottom edge. Both the saucer and cup are free from any other defects. The knop to the lidded vessel has top edge nibbles to the petals. There is glaze discolouration to the inner top edge of the base and some rubbing to the gilding. The saucer to the smaller blue cup has a hairline crack and is a little discoloured. Both the cup and saucer have rubbing to the gilding. The Meissen cabinet cup and saucer with the small floral sprays is in good order as is the Dresden cup with the fan handle.
A Dresden two handled plate, two similar plates, two smaller plates and lidded sucrier, each with blue script Dresden mark. Widest 27 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The sucrier lid has a small edge chip which has been gilt painted over. The underside edge of the lid has minor nibbles around the insertion rim. The sucrier base is in generally good order with again minor glaze nibbles to the bottom edge and some discolouration to the foot rim. All plates are in good order with no significant chips, no damage, no repairs and no restoration. There are no hairline cracks. All foot rims are a little rubbed and there are very minor tiny nibbles to plate edges. There is some rubbing to the gilding on the extremities. There are no significant scratches or marks to the decoration.

REISEWECKER Deutsch, Dresden, 2. Hälfte 19. Jh. Messing, grüner Marmor. H. 15,5 cm. Rückseitig bezeichnet 'Dresden', seitlich mit einem Monogramm 'HK' (ligiert) unter einer Krone. Über vier Füßen quadratischer Stand mit von vier Säulen eingerahmtem Korpus, schauseitig verglast. Oben mit einer Glocke und einem Zapfen als Aufsatz. Zwei Zifferblätter mit römischen bzw. arabischen Zahlen. Part. best., Scheibe mit Chips, Schlüssel vorhanden, Uhrwerk ungeprüft. Provenienz: Kaufbeleg 'Klokkenmaker Smidt Lübeck' ist beigefügt.
A German fitted mahogany dressing table, early 20th century, metamorphic design, with a comprehensive suite German silver-mounted requisites, Hermann Behred, Dresden, 800 Standard, including hand mirror and brushes, jars, bottles, etc., the table with triptych mirrors folding out from the lid, pivot-hinged sections and fold-down glass panelled quadrants, further fitted with two drawers under, square tapering legs with cross stretchers and wheel castors, 66 x 51cm, height 95cm.Condition report:Some of the brass stringing to the top is coming loose, hinges, handles and lock to the top are good, has two keys, inside the lid the hinges to the folding mirrors are good, mirrors not cracked but some minor pitting, hinges to the upper section of folding compartments are good, left glazed folding shelf has loose hinge, other is ok, central hinged glazed panel is good and compartments inside it are good, drawers, handlea and locks are good, some scratch marks around the handle to the right hand drawer, legs and stretcher are good, a couple of small sections of moulding damaged, casters have been removed as they all need attention to be fixed but are all there.Accessories - in left side folding compartment comb is a replacement (different embossed handle), in the central section all accessories are there and all appear to be original, two nail buffers have loose mounts, all glass elements are good including the stoppers, two pairs of scissors slightly bent, mounts are all slightly worn with age and use but generally good, hand mirror in right hand folding side has some minor pitting to the edges.
