Some of the gilt on the top is rubbed. There is a roughness around the rim off the vases. The bases are slightly uneven. See attached images.

A late 19th century continental porcelain table centrepiece, the pierced bowl supported by a figure of Venus and Cupid on floral encrusted base, heightened in gilt, height 38cm; together with one other Dresden figural floral encrusted centrepiece (2). Taller centrepiece – opening dimension approx. 11cm, the edges of the opening slope downwards so almost certainly would have had something on top, extensively damaged and with poor restoration.Smaller centrepiece – top of base probably associated, losses to petals and leaves etc, wear to gilt of base.
