A 19th Century Continental set of six tea cups and saucers with pink banding and hand painted decoration of ruins in a lake landscape and cottages etc, together with a Dresden cherub and shoe posy vase, a similar blue ground vase, porcelain putti with flowers figure, a pair of Capo di Monti putti figures and a Staffordshire pastille burner CONDITION REPORTS Pink cups and saucers only - one saucer has a hairline crack/firing fault running from the rim visible underneath which has had a glaze/a repair to it meaning the saucer does not ring true. There is crazing to the same saucer. all pieces are in need of a good clean, have wear to the gilding, especially to the rims, handles and outside edges. Four of the plates are numbered 4055 or varying depending on rubbing. Have some surface scratches etc. See images for more details. Has general wear and tear conducive with age and use.

Two similar Herend of Hungary cabinet dishes, centrally decorated with birds on branches with butterflies within pierced lattice and gilt borders, 10" diameter; Herend porcelain trinket dish, Dresden porcelain flared vase and a twin-handled lidded scent dish encrusted with various flowers (at fault)
Giovanni Antonio Gualterio (Rome, act.1582-1620): An Ivory of Christ Crucified, monogrammed and dated 1613, 31cm high, on a later cross with ivory plaque and attendant saints on a reliquary base See illustration For a similar example monogrammed and dated 1585 see Sotheby's, 10.12.15, lot 386. Another similar example is recorded dated 1614 and these form part of a group of similar sculptures produced for various clients including Cardinal Fernando de Medici, other examples are in the Grünes Gewölbe in Dresden, the Duke of Riva's Collection in Madrid, and in a private collection in Paris.
