A group of 19th century and later English and Continental porcelain, comprising a late 19th century Dresden inkstand with two lidded wells, painted with floral bouquets reserved against an apple green ground, printed monogram RK Dresden, 17 by 11 by 3cm, wells 4cm high, a late 19th century Augustus Rex figural twin salt cellar, 12.5cm, a 19th century vase of twin handled, campana urn form, decorated with applied floral sprays and gilt highlights, 16 by 18cm, seven 19th century Hammersley cups and nine matching saucers, a Royal Creamware pot pourri and pierced cover, 14cm, an Italian footed urn and cover, green against a white ground, 26cm, and an Amakusa ceramic tray, 20 by 16cm. A 19th century Canton porcelain tea pot, decorated to one side with reserve of three figures conversing, to the other with bird and butterfly with foliage, against a gilt and scrolling foliage ground with further butterflies and floral reserves, 13cm, an 18th century Chinese imari porcelain bowl, decorated in cobalt blue, gilt highlights and iron red, with chrysanthemum and flowering trees, 15 by 7cm, a similar tea bowl, 9 by 5cm, a late 19th/early 20th century Canton porcelain lidded jar, decorated with reserves depicting figures and flowers, 9cm, a 19th century Dresden spiral fluted cup, 9cm, a further Continental tea cup, and three further Chinese ceramics items, all a/f cracked or repaired. A Hagspeil-Ruschpler, Dresden grand piano in need of attention The joints have opened up The cabinet has veneer ‘lift on the left hand side of the keyboard carrier Some piano keys are in the ‘down’ position and do not return We haven’t tried to tune it, as the keys need attention first In our opinion it is a restoration project, but worth restoring The need of attention relates to the condition of the cabinet and its playability.

A Dresden figural sweetmeat dish as a lady in floral dress kneeling beside a basket, bears blue crossed swords marks and impressed and incised numbers to base CONDITION REPORTS The brim of the lady's hat has been broken. There are breaks to her thumb. The stems of the flowers and flowers on the basket itself are broken. There are various smaller chips all over. General wear and tear conducive with age and use and dirty. See images for more details. Approx 22 cm long x 21 cm high.
A Meissen scent bottle or flask mid 18th century, modelled by J G Ehder as a miniature vase of slightly flattened form with rams head handles, painted with the Schmetterling pattern within a rococo moulded scroll to two sides, with gilt metal mounts to the neck and foot, blue crossed swords mark, 7cm. The model for this vase was listed by Johann Gottlieb Ehder in his work notes in March 1744 as being for Heinrich Graf von Brühl. Forty-eight apparently unpainted examples were sent from Dresden to the Warsaw Court Pantry in 1746, and another fifty entered the Warsaw Court Pantry in 1750.
