~A PAIR OF GERMAN IVORY FIGURES OF ‘MALABAR MUSICIANS’, PROBABLY DRESDEN, MID 19TH CENTURYafter mid 18th century models by Friedrich Elias Meyer (circa 1723-1785) for Meissen, each wearing a distinctive conical straw hat, the woman playing a hurdy-gurdy, the man a lute, set on ivory inlaid octagonal waisted socles22cm high
A late 19th/early 20th century Dresden Helena Wolfson style chocolate cup and saucer, decorated with flora and butterflies, a Dresden coffee cup and saucer, florally encrusted, two Dresden figurines in period costume (lady af), a Continental wall pocket, a Noritake twin-handled vase and a twin-handled Continental baluster vase. CONDITION REPORT Dresden cup: one of the supports from the cup is lacking, one is chipped, some of the flora have tiny chips.Helena Wolfson-style cup: age-related wear, no obvious chips or cracks.Twin-handled vase has a rim chip.Hairline to the base and side of the 19th century cup.Seated figure of the girl is glued at the waist.Noritake vase has one handle glued.

German Dresden Late 19th Century Handpainted And Impressive Porcelain Figural Centrepiece/Bowl Decorated with painted images of cherubs and encrusted with flowers and painted floral decoration. Finished with blue uderglazed mark for Carl Theme. Saxonian porcelain factory to underside. Height 17 inches, excellent condition.
Saxon Enlisted Mans Belt and Buckle, a most beautiful condition long brown leather belt measuring 95cms, which is clearly maker marked and dated ‘1914’. The belt itself has not been blackened and is still in the raw brown. Fitted with its two-piece brass and nickel Saxon belt buckle, which is clearly marked to the reverse of the buckle ‘G.H.Osang Dresden 1914’. The leather tab is also marked but indistinct. A beautiful set, featured on page 28 of Feldzug 14.
Saxon Enlisted Mans Belt Buckle, an excellent example of a one-piece stamped steel Saxon enlisted mans belt buckle with the majority of colour remaining. Maker stamped ‘H.E.Peucker Dresden’ with its original leather tab, which reads ‘C.Heinichen Dresden’ and a clear date ‘1917’. As shown on page 193 of Feldzug 17.
Three Saxon Trench Dug belt buckles, all being enlisted mans belt buckles, all with the Saxon scroll, which reads ‘Providential Memore’. All ground dug, the first maker marked ‘Hermann Aurich Dresden 1915’, the second which is slightly distorted marked ‘Adolf Bahr Deuben 1914’, the third marked ‘Hermann Aurich Dresden 1915’. (3 items)
