An Art Deco spelter figural table lamp, in the form of a dancing nude, raised on a cylindrical base. Height 19 ins (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This lamp is in untouched, original condition. The main problem with it is that the light fitting is detached from the hand. This would require repair. The fingers to the outstretched left hand are broken at the knuckle. The right hand facing out stretched arm has an old repair just above the elbow, this is old but visible. The original surface finish to the figure is showing signs of deterioration in places which should be visible from our image. The marble base is in generally good order with only minor surface scuffs and scratches.
A pair of Edwardian Art Nouveau crescent and figural hanging lamps with fittings and Vaseline glass shades, probably James Hinks & Son. Height of each light fitting from foot to mount 14 ins, shade height 8 ins (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: These shades are in very good condition. There are no chips, cracks or losses. Both lamps are in very good condition also. The wiring is modern but in a traditional style. There are no missing pieces and, subject to the light fittings working, are ready to hang and use.
An Art Deco marble clock garniture, with French two-train movement and marked "Diat a Laroche-Migennes", flanked by gilt bird mounts and raised on short gilt brass feet. Width 50 cm, height 28 cm and with accompanying matching vases (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The clock case is in generally very good condition. There are obviously minor surface blemishes but no damage of any significance to the marble either front or back. The front left hand foot to the clock case is detached but we have it. There is some discolouration to the metalwork particularly on the left hand bird but no problems of any significance. The clock face is in good order and it does strike as it should when the hands are moved. We have the pendulum. The screw that retains the bell is missing but we have the bell. The clock winds on both trains and is currently ticking away. Both accompanying vases are in good condition with no significant damage or any issues.
