Pacome Kolaut was an Inuit Indigenous Art artist who was born in 1925, height of king approx 7.5cm incl base (couple of bases have lost glue bonding but no damage to figures) Pacome Kolaut's work has been offered at auction multiple times, with realized prices ranging from 2,254 USD to 8,190 USD, depending on the size and medium of the artwork. Since 2016 the record price for this artist at auction is 8,190 USD As per APHA , currently Whale ivory are not covered by the Ivory Act so would not need an exemption certificate.
