Zylinderbecher mit Ansicht von St. Petersburg 2. Drittel 19. Jh. Schauseitig Rechteckfeld mit sehr fein und tief geschnittener Ansicht des Palastplatzes mit Kutsche, Reiter uns reicher Figurenstaffage, auf deutsch bez. ''Die Alexander-Säule in St. Petersburg.''. Im Hintergrund das vom Architekten Carlo Rossi errichtete klassizistische Generalstabsgebäude mit seinem Triumphbogen. Im ausgeschliffenen Abriss Widmungsinschrift ''Der Freund dem Freunde''. H. 11,7 cm Die Schnittausführung weist große Ähnlichkeit mit Arbeiten des ab 1850 in Hamburg tätigen Wenzel Kainer auf. Da es im 19. Jahrhundert einen regen wirtschaftlichen, geistigen und kulturellen Austausch zwischen Hamburg und St. Petersburg gab, ist eine Ausführung durch diesen Graveur nicht ausgeschlossen. In der Glassammlung Galina Oystrach (Katalog bearbeitet von E. P. Smirnova, Moskau 2011) sind ab Nr. 24 geschnittene Gläser der Kaiserlichen Glasmanufaktur mit St. Petersburger Ansichten gelistet, deren Schnittausführung zu unserem Glas Unterschiede aufweisen.

Masjutin, Wassili Nikolajewitsch. Sammlung von 57 Radierungen von den Original-Druckplatten auf Velin bzw. Hahnemühle-Bütten. Jeweils unten rechts stempelsigniert sowie unten links mit Bleistift nummeriert "A3". 1911-1920 / postume Drucke aus den 1980er Jahren. Plattenmaße: 9 x 6 cm bis 28 x 36 cm. Blattgröße: 18 x 13 cm bis 39 x 53,5 cm.Radierungen nehmen in Masjutins Oeuvre einen vergleichsweise kleinen Teil ein, da er sich ab 1921 aufgrund einer Augenkrankheit hauptsächlich dem Holzschnitt zuwandte; ein Moskauer Katalog von 1920 verzeichnete insgesamt nur 158 Radierungen. Als Masjutin im selben Jahr nach Berlin emigierte, konnte er einen Teil der Druckplatten mitnehmen, von denen die hier vorliegenden Drucke wohl in den 1980er Jahren in einer kleinen Auflage gedruckt wurden. Die 57 Drucke - vom "Gewissen" (Weber 44) über das Exlibris vom "jungen Bonzen" (Weber 422), der schlüpfrigen "Loge" (Weber 100) bis zu den "Spekulanten" (Weber 148) - repräsentieren demnach gut ein Drittel des gesamten radierten Werks von Masjutin. - Dabei: I. 7 Druckplatten. U.a. ein Selbstporträt, drei Bildnisse aus der Brüder-Karamasow-Serie (vgl. Weber 301, 304 und 310) und ein Porträt Gogols (vgl. Weber 466). - II. 13 Publikationen zu Masjutin: u.a. K. Oestmann. August 1922. - Unter den Auftretenden Ursula Falke, Holdt, Lavina Schulz, Heinicke, Geestländer Tanzkreis, Käthe Hyan, Kläre Popp und Manya Haack. Musikalische Leitung durch Hans Heinz Stuckenschmidt. - "Für die Überseewoche hatte der Deutsche Werkbund ein Ausstellungshaus in bunt gestrichenem Holz vor dem Dammtor errichtet. Dort spielte Cl. P. (Cläre Popp) mit Fubs und Hanna Wolf mit eigenen Handpuppen das Schäferspiel von Wedekind. Felis und Galathea. Die Bühne von K. F. Schmidt. (Sie hat inzwischen auch schöne Puppen gemacht, eine Nonne besitze ich). Ich spielte statt Hanna Wolf drei Abende mit. Und war der Felix. Da Cl. mich anschnauzte, weil ein Draht riss, schnappte ich ein. Wir haben da auch wüst getanzt mit Holdt und Stuckenschmidt und Ursula Falke, die mit Luksch verbandelt ist und vorher ein Kind von ihm hatte" (Hans Leip, Tage- und Nächtebuch der Hamburger Puppenspiele. Zeitungsfaltung.Legendäre Fake-Ausgabe. - "Die wichtigste Zeitung der DDR ist durch die immer gleichen Verlautbarungen auch die langweiligste. Umso erstaunter sind diejenigen, die am 19. März 1988 plötzlich ein ganz anderes "Neues Deutschland", kurz "ND", in der Hand halten. Da ist auf einmal in Anlehnung von Gorbatschows "Glasnost" vom neuen "Glasklar-Kurs" der SED die Rede. Demnach seien 5.000 politische Gefangene freigelassen, es wird über die Stilllegung der Kernkraftwerke diskutiert und die Stasi ist aufgelöst. David Bowie und Genesis spielen auf dem Berliner Alexanderplatz. Der "Playboy" wird in Lizenz als "Spielmann" verkauft, Flüge nach Los Angeles, Rom und Madrid können wahlweise von Tegel oder Schönefeld gebucht werden. Es ist "glasklar", dass es sich um eine Fälschung handelt. Unter Mithilfe von DDR-Dissidenten haben Redakteure des Hamburger Lifestyle-Magazins "Tempo" diesen "Fake" realisiert. In Layout und Duktus wie das Original werden etwa 6.000 Exemplare in Berlin und Leipzig in Umlauf gebracht. Wie viel Menschen das "falsche ND" erreicht, ist nicht zu sagen. Aber dass dessen Existenz überhaupt der Masse bekannt wird, ist der SED wieder selbst zu verdanken. Nach Bekanntwerden der Urheber flucht das "richtige ND" über die "unsäglich primitive Fälschung". "Glasklar", dass der DDR-Bürger, um die Einzelheiten zu erfahren, die West-Medien einschaltet" (www.archiv-buergerbewegung.de). - Seite 1 mit kleiner Überklebung, sonst gut.

Spoerri, Daniel und Carlo Schröter. Suppen-Curriculum (Restaurant Spoerri Suppen). 8 Suppenkreationen von Carlo Schröter aus dem Restaurant Spoerri, mit einem Teil des Original-Kartonständers. 1977. 30 x 14 x 5 cm.Eins von 100 Exemplaren. - An dem Multiple waren beteiligt: Carlo Schröter (Rezepte), Gottfried Wiegand (Vignetten), André Thomkins (Palindrom), Rolfrafael Schröter (8 Suppenlieder) und Winfried Jokisch (Display). - Der Kunstverein für die Rheinlande und Westfalen, Düsseldorf, hat die "Restaurant Spoerri Suppen" außerhalb der offiziellen Jahresgaben vertrieben. - Ohne den Plexiglaskasten mit angehängtem Suppenlieder-Büchlein. - Vom Kartonständer ist nur ein Teil vorhanden, auf dem die Dosen stehen, da zwei der Dosen etwas ausgelaufen und nun dort mit dem Inhalt verklebt sind. - Dosen teils etwas korrodiert und angestaubt.

Tumler, Sigrid John. Künstlerischer Nachlass mit 730 Zeichnungen (Aquarelle, Pastelle, Kreide etc.) sowie 250 Bleistiftskizzen. Ca. 1980-2010. Blattgrößen von 15 x 10 cm bis 80 x 110 cm.Äußerst umfangreicher Nachlass mit insgesamt fast 1000 Arbeiten der Berliner Diplom-Psychologin und Malerin Sigrid John Tumler (1935-2020), die mit dem österreichischen Schriftsteller Franz Tumler (1912-1998) verheiratet war. Tumler arbeitete in Berlin als Psychotherapeutin und schuf nebenher noch ein bemerkenswertes zeichnerisches Oeuvre, das bislang der Öffentlichkeit weitgehend unbekannt geblieben ist, da es - soweit uns bekannt - keine Ausstellungen mit ihren Werken gab. Vor allem bei den Bleistiftskizzen dominieren die Aktdarstellungen, während bei den Aquarellen sich auch häufig Landschaften, Tierdarstellungen (hier vor allem Katzenmotive), Porträts sowie eine Reihe von Werken, die Visualisierungen psychischer Zustände darstellen und zum Teil sehr farbintensiv sind. Ferner mit drei gerahmten Collagen und einem Ölbild. - Mit Lager- und Gebrauchsspuren, stellenweise mit Läsuren bzw. Randfehlstellen. - Ohne Rückgaberecht. - Versand kann nur über eine Kunstspedition erfolgen.

Leinenalben der Zeit.Die Alben dokumentieren Besuche von Botschaftern aus der ganzen Welt in der DDR in den Jahren 1973-81. Meist mit offiziellem Photo des Empfangs, teils beim Abnehmen der Parade und vereinzelt beim geselligen Zusammensein. Meist mit Visitenkarte des entsprechenden Botschafters sowie handschriftlichem Datum, vereinzelt sind auch nur Visitenkarten montiert, da gab es dann wohl kein Photo. - Gut erhalten.

Illustrierte Original-Broschuren, Doppelblätter und Flugblätter.Max Burchartz arbeitete zwischen 1933-1939 für die Paul Forkardt Komanditgesellschaft Düsseldorf, "Werbekontakte bestanden seit den zwanziger Jahren, Burchartz hatte 1930 für Forkardt ein neues Signet entworfen: Eine 'F'-Form wird kreisförmig dreimal gesetzt und formuliert die typografische Interpretation des Spannfutters (Stürzebecher, Max ist endlich auf dem richtigen Weg, 1993, S. 28)." Burchartz scheint aber auch noch in den fünfziger Jahren für die Firma gearbeitet zu haben, da die Sammlung auch ein Prospekt ("H. Sonstige Forkardt-Erzeugnisse") mit einer Kollage mit Rasterfolie beinhaltet, die er erst ab 1953 entwickelte (vgl. Stürzebecher, S. 30). - Der Großteil der Sammlung scheint aus den 1930er Jahren zu stammen, vereinzelt liegen Prospekte auch in der 2. oder 3. Auflage vor. The Paolettis numbered amongst their clients Catherine the Great of Russia, Ferdinand III, Grand Duke of Tuscany, and Lord Elgin, and are listed in Heinrich Keller's contemporary directory of artists and craftsmen working in Rome in 1824 (Elenco di tutti i pittori, scultori, architetti miniatori...di Roma) at the same address as given in the present examples (page 70). The Paoletti firm are also advertised in Count Hawks Le Grice's guide Walks though the Studii of the Sculptors at Rome (1841) as follows: 'Paoletti begs to inform the public that he has arranged a collection of impressions (Impronte in Scajola) of many of the works in sculpture executed by distinguished artists ... Although the Impronte are but miniature copies; yet they exhibit all the fidelity and beauty of the original, and convey to the eye a better idea of sculpted works of art than the most finished engravings'.
