Two painted enamel green-ground teapots and covers18th centuryEach teapot and cover of four-lobed oval section, with upright handle, one decorated with panels of a hare on rockwork and butterflies amongst fruit and flower sprays reserved on a lime-green geometric ground, the other with scenes of Europeans reserved on a green-diaper ground, both with floral sprays on the shoulders and covers and floral scrolls on the handles. A VERY RARE PAIR OF FAMILLE ROSE 'CHILDREN' PLAQUESQianlongEach of oval shape, finely painted with a scene of European children going to and from school, the first scene showing children going to school with a boy and a girl, neatly dressed and holding hands being sent off by their mother who watches through a doorway,the second showing children leaving the school, streaming joyously out of the schoolroom doorway, the original boy and girl now a little dishevelled, to the right some boys playing with marbles, later frames. 34cm (13 1/2in) long. A NEW HALL BAT PRINTED SAUCER DISH AND TEAPOT STAND circa 1815-20 The dish printed to pattern number 1063 with children in a rural landscape, the teapot stand printed to pattern number 1109 with children playing, the saucer dish with printed roundel mark in iron red and pattern number, the stand with pattern number. (2) Saucer dish 21.3cm diameter. Teapot stand 18.7cm long. Provenance: Saucer dish purchased from Law Fine Art, 28 September 2004, lot 455. Teapot stand purchased from Charnwood Antiques, 7 February 1991. The absence of a Condition Report does not imply that a lot is without imperfections.
