A George IV three piece silver tea set, floral and shell borders and handles and embossed gadrooned leaf decoration to body, William Bateman, 1826, London gross wt. 50oz. Condition - base on teapot slightly pushed inwards, dings to gadrooning, wear to interior gilding, one cartouche on each piece initialled, appears repair free, no holes nor any splits, minor rubbing to some hallmarks, minor play in hinge.
