Condition Report The cups and saucers have various back stamps (colours and designs) On the teapot the cover has some of the gilt rubbed on the final. There is also some minor glaze rubbing to the rim. Handle has been repaired and there is gilt rubbed on the handle at the high points. The rim gilt is rubbed and the teapot show signs of general ware.

A George III teapot with bright cut engraving, embossed panels and pineapple knop finial. Marked to the base for Peter, Ann & William Bateman, London 1803. With George II duty mark. Wooden handle is split as photographed, the lid does not lie flush with the pot and there are some dents to the body. The spout is in good condition with no signs of splitting.
