Small chips to the rim of the lid, which have been touched up.Teapot: Rubbing to the gilding, and to the blue. Chips to the rim of the lid. Vertical crack of bowl.Cups: 1 x pinned; 2 x hairline cracks. All have rubbing and marks to the decoration.Saucers & plates: Rubbing to the gilding and decoration. Some chips to feet.Generally in used condition.Comprises teapot, cream jug, sugar bowl, eleven saucers, twelve wide tea cups, seven slender cups, pair of plates and another plate.

Bonhmas, the Crane collection 31st March 2010, lot 278 for another similar naturalistic bird painting. Repair to the finial. Some wear and scratching to the enamels.
