A 19th century Mintons Minton majolica Mandarin Chinaman teapot, modelled as a portly Oriental gentleman, holding a no-no mask from which protrudes the spout from its mouth, the head as the cover, coloured in a deep cobalt robe with rope-twist handle. Unmarked signed A to base. Measures 14 cm high, 22 cm wide and 11 cm deep.
