A Victorian silver bullet-shaped teapot with ebonised handle and finial (by Charles Stuart Harris, London 1895), 13 oz CONDITION REPORTS Lid is a bit "sticky" - doesn't fit quite flush although does close when you push it. Some areas of tarnishing and surface scratching. Inside needs a clean. The main body has some small knocks and bumps, surface scratches etc. Handles have some knocks and bumps. There is some loss to the solder around the spout join. General wear and tear conducive with age and use - see images for more details

CONDITION REPORT: The blue vase has been repaired, there are residue of the old glue which is obvious.
An impressive Victorian hallmarked silver four-piece tea set in the Gothic style, comprising coffee pot, height 34cm, teapot, height 26cm, sugar bowl, height 16.5cm and milk jug, height 15cm, height each piece of tall hexagonal shape, with urn finials, bell-shaped lids, straight and angular handles, Rococo-style spouts adorned with acanthus leaves, each panel decorated with floral scrolls and columns, the front panel with engraved crest of upright arm holding a cross, the lower panels with possible folklore scenes, to include a boy with bow and arrow, a mythical bird, a fox in woodland, on a hexagonal base, the sugar bowl and milk jug with gilt interiors, London 1844, with sponsor's mark 'J.A' over 'J.A', also marked 'J. Mayer Goldsmith, 68 Lord Street, Liverpool', combined approx 86.5ozt (4).Footnote: The teapot and coffee pot both have two ivory spacers to each handle. The ivory has been declared, with reference numbers 2A17YC5N for the coffee pot and JQ1NRL82 for the teapot. CONDITION REPORT: This has been looked after by the generations of the vendor's family. There are no obvious repairs or damage. The handle on the teapot is a little loose. There may be some slight indents, dimples and surface scratches, but the decoration hides most of these.
An Edward VIII hallmarked silver three-piece cruet set comprising mustard pot and salt, each with blue liner and silver spoon and a pepper pot, Sheffield 1909, maker's mark rubbed, combined weighable silver approx 8ozt, also six butter knives, each with a hallmarked silver handle, a white metal miniature tea strainer in the form of a teapot, a plated tea strainer and stand, four Edwardian crystal knife rests, a plated Reed & Barton shallow bowl with Squirrel Nutkin to the side and a plated oval engraved dish with ring holder in the form of Bambi.
A continental porcelain breakfast service, comprising tray, teapot, sugar basin, lidded jug, cup and saucer. CONDITION REPORT: The lidded larger pot has a hairline crack running from the top lip down to the top edge of the oval floral painted cartouche. This is visible on both the exterior and interior. Other than this crack all other pieces are in good order with no damage, no repairs and no restoration. The gilding is generally good and there is very little rubbing. The underside edge of the large saucer is slightly discoloured in places but in our opinion not problematically so.
A Royal Crown Derby 1128 pattern tea service, comprising teapot, sugar basin and cream jug. Tallest 18.5 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The sugar basin and cream jug are in good condition with no issues. The teapot does have a large hairline crack just above the foot rim which runs +/- 40% of the way around the base. This is a shame as the teapot does not to appear to have ever been used.
A Wedgwood Imari patterned breakfast service, comprising teapot, tray, sugar basin, cream jug, cup and saucer (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: Four pieces in this lot are in extremely good order with no chips, no damage, no repairs and no restoration. There are no hairline cracks. The only minor issue is some surface scratches to the gilt panels on the tray. The piece is unlikely to have been used and has clearly always been a cabinet piece.
