CONDITION REPORT: The teapot is in generally good condition. The finial is tight, the hinge in good order as is the spout. There are a number of small dints around the body of the piece but none of which are too significant. The sugar basin is in generally good order. The milk jug has again several dints around the proud part of the main body of the piece. Like the teapot these are visible but not too problematic.

CONDITION REPORT: The three piece tea service is in first class condition as is the tray. They have clearly had very little use.
