Art Deco Paragon Iceland Poppy part teaset (20 pieces) CONDITION REPORT Teapot - Cracked all around the base plus a little bit just above the foot rim. 1 cup has large crack from rim all the way down to base, plus another crack on the other side. 3 cups are ok. 5 saucers ok plus one other with small chip to rim. 6 side plates ok. Milk jug ok. Sugar bowl has large chip on edge of base. Large plate ok.

A MATCHED THREE-PIECE SILVER TEA SERVICE, the cream and sugar each Sheffield 1895, of oval bellied form in the Regency taste, the teapot with maker’s mark for Joseph Angell to the handle and cover, date mark 1826?, of oval bellied form, with leaf-cast knop to cover. Gross 38.3 troy ounces.
A good Rozenburg eggshell porcelain, Art Nouveau teapot and cover of sinuous form with a high looped handle, painted with stylised flowers by J. Schelling. Printed mark, painted monogram and no. 508, height 24cm, hairline cracks. (See illustration) Condition Report: lot 878 - the lid has 3 minor glaze chips to the flange or inside, also a hairline crack. There is a crack to the underside of the spout, possibly a firing fault. There is also another hair line crack to the main body and a further smaller crack to the side/edge. Light crazing throughout. Please see attached images. Crack under the spout is approx 5cm long; the crack from the top of the spout to the side 6 cm and crack to the lid recess is 1.5cm.
