A chip to one of the salad plates on the rim, another with a firing imperfection around the lip and one with chipping to the rim of the base. One saucer with a chip to the rim. Sugar bowl with minor chips to the base. Leaf shaped plates with firing imperfections. Some hairline fractures around the rim of the vase. One knife with significant damage and repair to the handle, a further knife with hairline fractures and cracks throughout. Minor firing imperfections to one of the plates, together with a chip from the rim. Chipping to the bases of the pierced basket woven dishes. Minor firing impurity to one of the handles of a teacup. Chipping to rim of a further tea cup. Chipping to one of the saucers, together with a hairline fracture across the central roundel of the same saucer, and a hairline fracture running from the chip down the underside of the same saucer. A further saucer with a similar chip to the rim. One coffee cup with a crack running from the rim down towards the base stopping just within the blue border. Colour generally good, very little evidence of wear or rubbing. Minor differences in the deepness and intensity of the blue throughout the set as you would expect with such a large collection of Copenhagen. The teapot with one minor chip to the rim of the lid, tea staining within commensurate with age and use. Numbered 1/1119 to the bottom and to the lid.

A selection of Oriental teaware inlcuding Japanese and eggshell. Condition report - The jug in this lot appears to be in generally good condition with no clear signs of damage. The gilding is rubbed quite extensively and areas of paint too. The teapot appears to be in generally good condition. There is a small hairline crack on the top rim of the teapot, but no other clear signs of damage. As with the jug, the gilding is rubbed away in places.

A LATE VICTORIAN SILVER THREE-PIECE BACHELOR'S TEA SERVICE by Charles Boyton (II), London 1897, comprising teapot, twin-handled sugar bowl and cream jug, oval, reeded to lower section, the teapot with an angular ebonised wood handle and reeded domed cover, teapot with presentation inscription dated 1897. (3) Teapot 20.5cm handle to spout, 13 troy ounces grossMarks very lightly rubbed but clearly legible. Each piece stands upright, no rocking. Inscription reads 'NATIONAL FRIENDLY SOCIETIES / SPORTS / 1897'. Teapot cover lacking knop; handle slightly loose, cover hinge with slight wobble, but both sturdy and intact. Small ding to teapot spout; a few other very minor dings to rims of all three. Light surface scratches commensurate with age and use. Generally in very good condition.
A GEORGE III SILVER TEAPOT by Hester Bateman, London 1788, of shaped oval form with hinged domed cover and straight spout, bright-cut engraved with floral swags and vacant cartouches. 26cm long overall, 13.6 troy ouncesThe handle replaced. The marks are clear. No sign or erasure or thinning. Handle firm. Lid fits well and the hinge is good.

An Edward VII Silver Teapot, by William Comyns and Sons, London, 1907 in the George II style, inverted pear-shaped and on spreading foot, the hinged cover with ball finial, with ebonised wood handle24.5cm wide over handle, gross weight 19oz 2dwt, 594grFully marked underneath and further part marked inside cover with silver marks. The marks are generally clear. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There is a sizable bruise to one side. The hinge is slightly loose. The handle is possibly replaced.
