Victorian silver bachelor teapot of inverted baluster form, with wrythen bands of floral decoration, fruitwood loop handle, flower-mounted spout and hinged flower-head cover, on four leaf feet (London 1852), Robert Hennell. All at approximately 10ozs, 13cm overall height CONDITION REPORT General overall condition good, some surface wear, scratching and denting particularly around the wide part of the body towards the top and on one panel towards the base, no signs of major damage or repair. Feet are slightly distorted, handle has lost its thumb piece and is cracked at the top where it joins body. Marks are clear

A George III silver three-piece tea set, William Hall, London 1806/07, of oblong form with ball feet, the teapot with pineapple finial and ivory insulators to the handle, approximately 1220gm Condition Report: Sugar basin 1806, teapot and jug 1807. Makers marks poorly struck to jug and sugar basin, otherwise marks clear. Teapot has small mark to top corner, possibly a repair. One ball foot repaired, others slightly pushed in. Small dent to side.Sugar basin - gilt interior, small dent to one side, two feet pushed in, one has split to seam near it. Jug - gilt interior, scratches under spout rim, marks of feet slightly visible to interior. NB. This lot contains an element of pre-1947 ivory (export restrictions may apply)

A Victorian Silver Four Piece Tea and Coffee Service, Messrs Barnard, London 1847, of hexagonal baluster form in the Gothic Revival taste, with foliate C scroll engraved decoration, the covers with pointed finials, engraved with an armorial to one side and a crest of a garb to the other, the coffee pot 28cm high, 78oz 2dwt (4) All with clear marks to underside. Covers and handles part marked. Ivory insulators to coffee and tea pots. The foot on each piece has been knocked and requires straightening to sit flat. Finial to teapot leaning. Finial to coffee pot lacking wing nut and seemingly soldered in place. Decoration mostly clear with some light wear in places.

A Victorian Silver Three Piece Tea Service, Edward & John Barnard, London 1855, circular on pedestal foot, the teapot with melon finial, engraved with a band of foliate strapwork decoration, one side engraved with a monogram, the teapot 27cm long, 45oz 18dwt (3) Marks clear to underside, cover finial and handle part marked. Ivory insulators to teapot. Handle is slightly loose and a small split next to the insulator on the bottom junction. Occasional minor light bruise. Engraving mostly very crisp. A very small hole to embellishment just above opening of spout. Light circular scratch on cover caused by the finial rotating.

Good heavy gauge. Occasional surface scratching but generally good condition.
